BE AWARE! No respect when on my property. Be aware they don't talk or seem to care about communication with you when they are there to inspect the job. Even if it's been months in the works. Inspector walk in my back yard without saying or asking if it was ok.

Absolutely no concern for their citizens. Several months ago I was dealing with some nosy neighbors who were stealing packages off my front porch, I sent City Hall and email as well as the Harker Heights Police Department in regards to the issue, asking advice. Neither City Hall NOR the police department EVER bothered responding to my question.

The storm blew my trash can away while I was at work 7/19/21, I've called everyday for 4 days and the most they have done is taken a message with my name, number and service address. No call back. No new can. I called waste management and they just tell me to call the city, they won't even stop billing me considering I haven't had trash services because I don't have a can. This is ridiculous. I'm paying more money for a service with less salaries since there are no longer people picking up the cans and now I'm not getting any service at all.

They are great on working with you on your water bill. On making a payment plan to help on your past bill.

Went to vote expecting to wait in line several hours, but only waited about an hour. Polling staff were very courteous and even though the last several elections I have voted in were paper ballots, the electronic ballots are much easier.

This place is filled with cops, and dirty city workers who will try and prosecute you for the smallest of detail. I have a 1974 Custom nova and the city sent us a 200 dollar fine claiming it was a junk vehicle when it's worth over 10 grand. Very sad town.
