Management is rude and dismissive. They never answer the phone and barely in the office. Income restricted does not equate to subpar treatment of current or potential tenants.

This apartment complex is horrible. There was a comment saying the manager changes her word at the drop of a dime and I can say that is so accurate.
Originally I filled out an application and was called about a week later saying we could live there. I was given everything I needed to bring in, when I brought all the documents I was told “she was a temp agent and good luck”. I ended up speaking with the manager about how we turned down another income based apartment. (The manager herself wrote down on the back sticky note what documents we needed to bring for the temp; forgot to mention) So we fill out the application early August and the apartment was supposed to be ready the 31st. I kept reaching out for updates and basically was told go live somewhere else (due to “management changes” they couldn’t process my application). Then she sends in a different email “Sorry for the inconvenience but there were more applicants on the waiting list prior to you applying, my apologies for the misunderstanding” in other words she lied to me from the beginning saying we can apply for the apartment and she would push our application through, then she tried to ghost us while keeping the application money. I ended up getting the money order which is going to be 15.00 refund fee.which is half the money. Which Benita accepted KNOWING she wasn’t going to put our application through. Bennita is very shady and should not be an apartment manager AT ALL. I’m so glad that it worked out the way it did because I could not imagine having a shady liar for management.
If you have to avoid this place. There are other income based apartments that are NOT shady!
And if you have any conversation with anyone at this apartment, record it.

I just called for a friend about renting a one bedroom. She was very nice and polite. She answered the phone call the first time I called. Thank you for you time. I appreciate it so much.

Potential renter review
Called multiple times with no answer. When things like this happen it puts in my mind that this is the type of treatment I would get as a tenant. Not a good look and no longer interrelated in renting.

Been waiting over 2 years for a unit here. Seems they are always full but had a friend move in that wasn’t on the wait list. My current lease is up in September where I’m at:/

Moved in months ago and at first it seemed like a nice place but the apartment buildings have issues that were never fixed or bothered to be listed. The new management is terrible, they hardly communicate and Amelia switches on her word at the drop of a dime. This is supposed to be low income but when I called they switched my price and never once made it clear why despite my salary not changing from the first time they were told it. Parking here is atrocious too so many rules on it making it nearly impossible to just simply park freely.

Called last year, said they had a year of waiting and told me the waiting list was full. I called again this year and same thing but I have friends who weren’t on the “waiting” list that had moved in. The person I spoke to was rude as well.

Submitted my information to get information. No one got back to me. Kept getting the same email over and over again saying thank you for reaching out. Who is managing this property? This is such poor management. Don’t they read these reviews. Why is everyone saying the same thing? Horrible.

Overall this was a decent townhome. This place has income restriction. Beware of the tow truck
