Harmony Science Academy Euless

To start off, this school treats the kids terrible, the teachers and the staff.they say that they’re doing what’s best for the students but doing the complete opposite.the staff is rude to the kids.especially the front office lady, ms white & ms wally.they yell at the kids for no reason at all, resulting in some kids crying.especially staff like the principal & dean of discipline.they always find something to yell at the students for. & lord don’t get me started with the teachers.they’re always low on staff.if the original teacher isn’t there at the time, there’s usually no sub and another teacher that doesn’t have a class at the time has to sub.i’ve never seen an actual sub at the school. & let’s get on the bullying.there’s always bullying going on and if it’s reported, the teachers do NOTHING.they say they’re going to “investigate” but never do anything.they’re also broke, and never let us do anything.they’re so broke they can’t afford good school food.the school food is equivalent to jail food, not joking.the teachers and staff don’t care either.making us pay $3 everyday for lunch is crazy.like what if the students financially can’t support that and don’t have food at home? They’re doing it because their broke and don’t have any money so they chose to make innocent student pay for something that they need to live, which they probably don’t want/can’t afford.and they’re so strict for what? I literally sat my backpack outside my classroom, then when i came back it was gone.how are you going to take my backpack that I PAID FOR away from me? Make it make sense.this school is so DIRTY too.the bathrooms smell like absolute garbage.all the time and every single bathroom. I WENT IN THERE AND SAW A ROACH. AND ONE FELL FROM THE CEILING.and don’t get me started on the crickets that are always around the school. & they give so much work for what? Do you not understand that people have lives outside of this school? Kids are having mental illnesses just by going here. 0/10,0 stars, would NOT recommend for ANYONE.if you want to live a hell life go ahead, otherwise, don’t come here.the only nice teachers in 6-8 is ms simmons and ms mcdonald.they actually care for the students and treat them right. DONT COME HERE!

First off, the school is dirty because they only have one cleaning lady. Most teachers that they hire barely speak English and they don't even read the student handout. There's too much bullying and drama going around with the school and the administrators don't do anything to stop. Having a 3 minute passing period to use the restroom, go to the locker, etc is not enough for us students, and students push everyone just to get to their locker and class. The food is really bad and they don't even make it look appetizing. The school is so cheap that they can't even afford to fix the AC. Each hallway has a different temperature and they said they can't do anything about it. This school has no field trips for the middle schoolers even though the high schoolers went to Atlanta. This is a bad rating for a school and they need to do better. Talk to the kids so they can behave and actually pay attention. Some teachers post assignments that they never tell the students about and they yell at us for not doing it. When we have substitutes, we don't get work.

Hmm, where do i start? First of all this school is so draining. The office people (not sam), especially whali which she’s not even certified and she yells in student’s face and lies to even the principle about what goes around. Second of all for the education part. They say that they’re highly ranked at academics but half of these classes have no teacher and if you do have a teacher they probably either dont know how to teach or they do but they always have an attitude. There’s so much bullying going around that no action is being taken about. The innocent students get more in trouble than the students that actually cause problems. Many schedules have classes spreaded through all hallways, and it’s crowded.kids are falling just to get to their lockers to get their stuff within 3 minutes or they will be counted late. On fridays their is only 1 minute to go to lockers and get to class. 3 nor 1 minute is not enough to get our stuff, use restroom, get to class.and if your parent works here u have more advantages. Many students want to switch schools but their voice is not heard due to this school making it seem like it’s the perfect school. These teachers and staff take advantage of their power and use it against the students. The muslim kids can’t pray no more, but it’s their religion. The school is very much broke! Us as students our voice needs to be heard. Most of these teachers made a student cry once. This school needs to shut down for good if they are not going to change. We need more teachers like Mrs. Armstrong she is fair and knows how to teach. Ms. Corazo knows how to teach but is rude and have an attitude. Mr. Hogg always is on the students case. This school needs to be remodeled other schools gym is bigger than our whole school. Barley any sports, and equipment for it. Example- The cross country need to go to the park just to practice. The admin say they take actions but what change had their been made?

This is my kids' first year at Harmony (Euless). I have to say I am quite happy. First of all the administration is very good. I have spoken to the Principal, Deans and Counselors. All of them have been so helpful and friendly. Next, the teachers have been so nice to myself and my kids. I have to say the teachers have also given my kids challenging work. I really appreciate the way Harmony and the teachers keep me in the loop, from their grades, behavior to the inner workings of HSA. I really appreciate this school. Thank you HSA

One of the best school which I have seen in Euless. The teacher are very kind and pay too much attention for each students in class and lessons. If they any of the students have any concerns or study problem they will let you know and they help them with tutoring classes, If your child attend in this school you won’t be disappointed and they may have success future and may achieve all their goals. At final I want to say Thanks to all Principals, teachers and all stuffs of Harmony School and appreciate from your such hardworking with our kids.

I was a student here throughout the year 2020-2021 and ITS AWFUL the food is gross me and the other kids would be excited when we learned that we were gonna have chicken for lunch, but even the chicken is gross, its soggy and the food is disgusting.
I blame myself for not doing good in school when i went here but thats because non of the staff would help me, i would go to the front staff and one time i heard them say “ its one who looks like an angle but is a demon” honestly, I DO NOT LIKE THE FRONT STAFF the others are fine but this is not it. My math teacher left this school to go work for a better school and my Science Teacher who was a retired math teacher took after him. She would only give us videos to watch in science class and thats why i was failing so bad in science during that. On math it was hell. She would give us about 10+ pages of homework or assignments weekly. They dont even have enough teachers in my experience the first teacher would come at the start of school and the other at 12: 25, im glad i switched to Central Junior High much more friendlier, the front staff is better, and my trades have been the highest ever since i came to America.

EDIT: After everything i said i think that this year is worse than any other year. First of all, youre not allowed to use your phones at all.i understand if you just couldnt use your phones from 8: 10 to 3: 25 but we cant use them on campus. So theres no way to call or text your parents once youre on school grounds. Adding onto that, if you do use your phone on school property, you get it taken away and you have to pay 10 dollars for it. So now this school is making money off taking phones away from kids. Secondly, now middle school students have car tags. Im not sure about high school but im sure middle and elementary students do. I know its to keep students safe but it was more convenient for students to just go to their parents cars right away. Also to walk home i think you have to pay 2 dollars (im not sure). So its kind of sad for the kids who live right next to the school. When school starts, the middle school students have to stay in a crowded, hot gym without being able to stand for about an hour (?). Again, last year was better. Apart from that, its nice that we finally get lockers that arent broken. And we also get new desks.

Good morning, the staff of harmony science academy has me sick, since I removed my daughter for all its blessed rules on September 1, we spoke with Silva & the alleged assistant principal or alleged staff workers. Since my daughter is not going to return to that institution, the reason is because they do not have rules and the teachers do not give themselves to respect as what they are teachers, the most seniors of that institution are very accommodating with the boys and very few have professional ethics. As of September 1, I discharged my daughter because she was no longer going to endure any more discrimination, since last year she became frustrated with the fact that she was supposed to be the director at that time. And the straw that broke the camel's back was what happened with a supposed substitute teacher, it's been ten days since my daughter left school and for some reason they don't want to drop her, today I call by phone and first they don't answer second they answer and the person so kind hangs up the phone inappropriately, if you are really the director; I demand that you give it to my daughter from her institution; and they no longer retain the documents that they ask for in her new school. And what a pity that things are like this and that this institution has very ugly comments.

I'm not gonna say anything because everything it's already been said in the comments below! And needless to say staff needs more knowledge on how to treat ppl.

Only one is nice is Samantha but the other lady (she knows her self every one Complaining about her) soooooooo rude with people not from her community.

Let me put this straight. Summary: i do not recommend this place. It's declining and nobodys doing anything to stop it. Details: the education and teachers it self is mid. The rest is GARBAGE. 1st day you walk in, smells like a microwaved sock in a dennys bathroom. The lockers are somewhere between the ages of 90 and a million years old. No gym showers, only freedom you get is when they let you out your cages in recess. The school was decent in the beginning and then it gets worst. The school is just a big money grab. For example: you pay for some school dance. You get tap dancing in a nasty cafeteria. You pay 2 dollars for cookies but you get a one way ticket to like meningitis. The school itself is kinda big but imagine being in highschool and you have only 2 hallways. Covid breeding ground. They're desperate ah hel for kids to join and not to leave by giving motivation speeches of sum stuff like that. You want a good school? Go to Euless Jr High or Central Jr High. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

It’s the worst school ever, since it has new principle, they have unprofessional reachers, and have no knowledge about educational and every time students ask a question they send them to GOOGLE, they don’t don’t offer second language or sports like Puplic schools, every time we have an issue and tried to reach the counsellor or principal at even assistant principal are busy and keep us at the office 2hours and kicked us ot of the door for closing and asked to come again or email them, it’s really
They always have excuses for even big mistakes like we they have new teachers don’t know the system and didn’t know the system till last school day grade are not in, could you imagine HIGH SCHOOL at the last day grade not updated BECAUSE they’re shoe supplies or short staff.

First off I have to say that TEACHERS are GREAT for the most part. The one star is because of front office person (s), not speaking for all however the main one in the front, is not friendly, has an attitude as of she doesn't want to be there. I've heard her talk about others and I don't like the treatment. My child has even validated my thoughts and has stated other concerns that my child has witness how some of the staff has yelled to a student with an attitude. This is not how we as grown people should lead our next generation. We need to treat each other with love and care, never know what a child is going through at home. I get it, some teens get out of control however anger is and taking it personal is not the way to go. I hope some of the staff either find a job they are happy with or change themselves.

This place is awesome sauce.the students are very smart and helpful and staff is always there if you need a helping hand.

Overall I would rate the school a 2 out of 5. The school lacks discipline and a lot of other major concepts. During this school year 3 of my teachers left the school, and this has been going on for years now. This school needs to improve in many ways.

My daughter adores her teacher, Ms. Wainwright my son has become more outgoing and independent since coming here. 5 minute drive from my home which is great. Can’t comment on school lunch since my kids bring their own, over all I am satisfied.

The front staff seems very unhappy with their job. They are short and always tend to bothered by answering a question. Very rude front staff.

I think that this school is decent, but not good enough to get 2 stars. Teachers are leaving, the school lunch does not look the best, and overall it's just a mess. There can be teachers that just make school fun, but that can happen in literally every other school. It's not just me that thinks this school is bad, either. I have agreed with others that this school is bad. They should try to fix this school before the summer of 2022 ends.

Front desk need to be more cooperative, today I went to pickup my daughters for early dismissal as they have doctor appointment and the lady at the front disk told me they are at exam know and can't pull them out of class so I asked her can you please check for me at what time the exam will finish.
Her answer I don't know! Call us before you come!
