Rude uncaring people only one lady there gave a care and help. Short haircut up front to the left she was great.the other lady i talk to gave me the wrong information and was unpleasant.

I called here several times about my address on my license changing and every time i call they never make changes. Even though I've made changes through the postal service. They had people waiting outside at 7: 55am today only to find out that they are not open to the public right now! They DID NOT send out any type of notice of these changes to the public at all! Several people waiting outside for whatever reason unknowingly anxious for no reason. There is no signage stating they are not open to the public either. Why weren't myself and other people contacted at least through an automated service of these changes? We deserve that.

We have mandatory social distanceing anywhere in this city right now.this court house is not following this at all. Im stuck in court room sitting where there is no socail distancing.was just at willis court house where the seats where set up for social distancing. Here nope this is highly un profesional and unsafe for people sitting next to me that should not be

Showed up at 8am for registration renewal. After reaching the front of the line they redirected me
To Tomball because they don’t “do registration” anymore. The government rocks.

Very Very Rude! None of them are knowledgeable about anything you ask them. Each customer service representative that I seen that helped a person had to get up and ask this one lady about everything. Noone knew anything it seemed. If thts the case why doesn't the lady who they where asking questions. Just work there by herself. One representative had a dental floss in the her mouth while helping a customer. I know that people have to pay for things that they have done and pay what they owe, but you dont have to be rude or nonchalant and especially not informative on helping people and treating them basically like we're wasting their time. Also they insult your intelligence. Also so you can know who I'm talking about so you can either talk to them or maybe even fire them it's the first three ladies on the right when you come in to make a payment someone over them needs to do something.

Not happy with the process and lack of information about MY bad check case I filed against someone. This case has officially been pending for 308 days. Seriously. How long are you going to let someone get away with writing a hot check. My case was originally filed at the Will Clayton Pkwy location because cypresswood was closed from Harvey. A date was set for my case for a month after I filed it back in February. It has been rescheduled 4 times! Everytime the reschedule has happened I've called in to wonder why. I've been told so much different information. "Oh we only do 1 extension for her to give her more time to pay", "Oh she has the right to meet and speak with the district attorney", " Oh now it's we are still pending a court date where the judge will let her know if she has to pay or not, or just pay her fine to drop the case against her". Really. First off. Why would she get away with having to pay the huge hot check she wrote. Secondly. It hasn't been just 1 extension its been 4. Thirdly. I asked if I could speak with the district attorney I was told no I can't do that. Why the heck is she allowed to but I'm not. I filed the case. I can't believe how long this has drawn out. And how much different information I've gotten on MY case. I can't get anyone to tell me why it has been pending since February. Why this long. Yet my questions still remain unanswered and the hot check wrote to me has still gone unpaid.

Had to go and get a issue resolved and find out that they have been closed since Harvey hit. I understand that they are closed for repairs however when you issue out paperwork stating to show up at this time and on this date and at this location then it better be open. I spent close to three hours driving out to these places and waiting in line. Need better service when issuing out paperwork with the correct information on them.

So far, super awesome place despite why you go up here. Customer service is great especially when you are first time offenders and have no clue how things work with the court system. They take the time to actually explain things, but in a nice way and not condescending like some places. Kudos to Ashley E. I don't want to list her full name but please make note this employee is over the top! I appreciate the time she took to break everything down to us on a case inquiry.

Stood in line so long, the dude next to me started banging his head again a fire hydrant. Worst is I'm only here because my registration was lost in the mail. AND I gotta pay. You'd think they'd hire more people. They are nice though.

I read the reviews last night, and omg! I truly was mentally prepared to be treated horrible today, But when I got there, it was great, the LADIES were kind, very helpful, and quick and consistent, Breanne I thk I remember correctly, helped me with a smile. Not sure if the negative reviews visited the same place.

I asked the lady 1 simply question. I was willing to repeat as many times as possible since I know my accent may confused sometimes, but DAMN the attitude she gave me and my dad was HORRIBLE. Told us to stay there and she will go to get the form, but sounded like mocking us. My first time there and I expected they act more professional than this. Such a shame!
