Harris County Public Health Humble WIC

I have been coming here for 2 years and I love it! Great service and the benefits help me out so much. Especially the formula and fruits and vegetables money ️

Just recently had an appointment & everyone was so nice & helpful. Literally every time I’ve been here the service has been immaculate!

I can't make an appointment because they aren't answering the phone. I looked for other phone numbers so I wouldn't have the go through the appointment line. Other Wic offices have a direct to person line. I found 3 different phone numbers for this office and they all take me to the same line. I'm not even sure that they will ever answer.

I always have a quick and easy experience. Everyone I’ve been in contact with here have been very helpful.

They’re okay but ugh every time I call them, they don’t answer until 20 min & I know they’re not busy cause every time I come to the clinic it’s always empty

THEY NEVER ANDWER THEIR PHONES AND IM TRYING TO APPLY FOR WIC FOR MY DAUGHTER AND IT TAKES YOU THIS LONG TO ANSWER WORST SERVICE EVER!

Very helpful and nice takes awhile to get in and out so don't schedule anything right after I recommend leaving, 30-60 minute time frame

Apparent now these clinicians believe they are more educated than doctors.worse experience ever.

They don’t ever answer the phone, i am trying to cancel wic. I was on the line for 20 mins just for one of the workers to pick up the phone and hang it up.
