Always clean and great service.
Big praise to new agent by the name of Maggie, after having arrogant rude women. Stay calm, positive, pleasant and great customer service. That awful women beside not having her proper paperwork also ignore the sign on the window "in training ".

Long waits. It seems like there are better ways available get this transactions done, instead of waiting ungodly amounts of time.

I’ve made several trips to this location and the longest wait has been 30 mins. Great job to the employees running the place!

Fastest experience I've ever had coming to a place like this. The lady that attended me was in training, but she did wonderfully. Girl didn't miss a step and was very kind to me despite my bad hearing. Would totally come back here whenever the need arrises again.

Came in to replace license plate on a weekday morning, and I was there for less than an hour! It wasn’t packed as I thought it would be, I was in and out and the the staff that helped me checked in is helpful along with the agent who helped me with my license plates.

The best agency I’ve been to! Everyone of the personnel is very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. My situation was somewhat complicated but I’ve been given all the attention necessary to solve the problem in the best way possible. Very grateful!

Was told I could get my registration without an appointment. Waited 2 hours just to be told I had to make an appointment to transfer the title first. Extremely frustrating. Waste of time.

This location is under staff and very slow. Expect to be there at least a couple of hours.

I made an appointment. I was a bit early, but no one had shown up, so they let me go in, and I got called right away.

The appointment system has made it efficient and effective. The lady (Panna) at the window was very pleasant and took care of me within 10 minutes. I had all the forms filled in and ready to go.

I have been going to the tax office on Pech Street for about 20 years. They alway give excellent services. The staff is always kind and professional. Felicia (might not have spelled her name right) but she is alway helpful and try to make the process efficient. Over the years, I have seen their process of getting people in and out improving. Keep up the good work. Tax payers money work hard.

Lady at the entrance very nice and help you with the forms, lady whos inside and does your payment very rude. Besides that very fast IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE.

The two times I’ve been to this location, the staff have been nothing but helpful and kind. One lady at the window helped me find out about a specific tax feature that saved me almost a thousand dollars. Even when dealing with other customers who are more hostile, there’s nothing but professionalism from the employees.

Bureaucracy at its worst, spent over one hour to pay property taxes. 12 windows only 2 or 3 serving people

The absolute worst.couldn't schedule an appt on line. Showed up, to schedule an appointment 2 times.turned away two times.been trying for a year to do a simple title transfer.whole process is bad and staff is arrogant.

Amazing staff. Front lady not only greeted well also provided with right forms and information required for the application. Later lady at the window also provided detailed information and assisted with additional query I had. She very kind and respectful. Took a bit longer than expected though but that’s cause this facility was under staff. One of the best Tax collector facility I have visited so far.

For most of us a trip to the tax office is a nightmare, you get to see bureaucracy at its very worst. This office is the opposite of that incredibly efficient. Amazingly helpful! I budgeted half a day to solve one minor problem I didn't put a clock on it but I think it was done in about 7 minutes.

I'd read a lot of positive reviews and I have been to this particular facility for most of my adult life. I don't know exactly who's running it now but the staff and the way it's laid out should be a model for every other Harris County facility. This review needs a six star and some sort of flashing light. A huge thank you to everyone that helped me along with the entire staff of this wonderful office.

Went here to get my title switched. You do need an appointment before going that can be done online or by phone, but I advise online since the wait over the phone is always long. I barely waited one minute before I was helped. The lady who helped me was very helpful fast and efficient and I was out in no time.

My first time writing a review for a government office. This place is super efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes! That has never happened before anywhere else!

Generally speaking, I don't expect a lot when I go into a state office but I really wanted to take the time to compliment this office in particular. I have had over eight positive interactions and no negative interactions with this office over the last two years that we have been registering vehicles, trailers and asking questions getting adjusted to the Houston tax offices. Everyone from the front door greeter to the security guard to the telephone representatives for this office and the email contacts have been absolutely outstanding. From the front end clerks to the back office manager I have never been so impressed with a state run office in my 35 years of adulthood dealing with different State offices throughout the country. Kudos to your team because you really deserve it.
