I wish they had someone out in the lobby to direct people when they enter the building so patrons weren't forced to wander around trying to figure out what to do. I didn't like having to wait beyond my appointment time by 30 minutes, but, when it was finally my turn, Nikeisha was amazing. She was so helpful and patient.didn't rush me.was respectful and friendly.

I'm convinced that this office doesn't give af about people at all. All they want to do is funnel you to their convoluted website. There is zero chance you can ever get a live person on the phone to ask a simple question. In order to get your question answered you have to drive down there, and waste your time. I hope you brought everything you need to get what you need done, because there is nobody to ask.

Why do you have mask required sign still up. Isn’t this in violation of Executive Order 36 prohibiting government entity mandating mask order?

I'm currently having a very poor experience. The gate keeper Lisa is on the rejection train. Besides being rude she is seeking out reasons to not give you a ticket. I saw her just reject 11 people in a row. The twelfth person only got through the same way I did which was negotiate my situation and explain why I did everything correctly. At one point Lisa made up things I had to do. She said I needed the business card from the person on the title. She is just providing false information and most people don't know better.

Once I got to the counter the lady helping did an excellent job.

They have chairs marked for disabled people only. But They are almost always full of kids or spouses or friends of people there for stuff. People that do not need the chairs at all. There used to be a window just for disabled people. Now it is all windows for everyone. Meaning you have to wait in lines because some kids or lazy people will be in the chairs marked for disabled folks. Then have to from side of room to the other to tje window you are called for and then stand there while your transaction is taking place. Which can be fast. But is almost always drawn out and then you have to finagle your way back outside. There are NEVER enough handicapped spots.
It is a major pain if you are disabled.

Great experience today! It only took about an hour and all of the staff were kind and fast. If I ever need to take care of registration in person again, I will come to this location.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience today. The lines were so long and you were supposed to make an appointment to register a vehicle. Appointments are not open until mid May. I decided to wait anyway. The lines moved pretty quickly the lady checking temperatures provided needed information and Miley in the tax office was beyond helpful. I left there with everything taken care of and plates in hand.

A few of the staff members are extremely petty, unfair, rude and the list goes on. This location is in die hard need of quality training and new management.

They give a very good service during pandemic. Even though you need an appointment and you can’t get earlier dates, when you explain your emergency situation, they help you with that.

They provide a safe environment for visitors.

I appreciate their hard work during these days.

Thank you!

I went during this plandemic where you get registration renewals and it was very organized, but they do require an appointment for most services now. They will check your forehead temperature prior to getting service.

Good job to the girls and the one guy willing to work during these trying times when I was there on Friday. They are doing a very good job keeping things very safe and organized.

Wow, I bought a motorcycle, and it has been a month since I keep going to ask couple question on how to transfer tittle online. They are closed, and I keep calling them they don’t answer. They say that you can send everything on mail, but last time I went there one employee was there and she didn’t talk to give information on how to make payment.

Avoid like the plague. The staff here has no idea whats required to complete paper work. I came back multiple times each time a different person telling me a different form is required to be filled out to complete the process. I fail to understand why I was not giving all of the necessary forms after reviewing my documentation at any of the previous visits. This is why these people work for the county, at a real job they would be fired. Try a different location, heed my caution.

Omg, who would come here. I’ll move from Harris county just because of this place. Fort bend county I went through a drive through, took five minutes.
