Horrible emergency, i was on a critical situation they let me waiting per 4 hours and i had to leave the hospital to go to another one to get UCI. Don't go.they'll make you wait on a infinitive waiting list

I hate this place.i wish i had money for a real dr.my appointment was at 9: 30 am. I got to Ben Tuab at 8: 40 it to 30 minutes to find parking all the way on the 8 floor. Then got to tge lobby the regristration line was so long. By time they called me it was 9: 40am. I missed my appointment. Im crying now. I hate this place.

Dont come to This hospital the front desk people is extreamly rude And theres people litterly dieing in the E R the took 18 hours to check my son with a broken bone This is the worst expierience of my life

They Did my lab test and ultrasound quickly. I was there for 12 hours.horrible place, they won’t even give you a blanket while you wait.was there from 6: 30 p to 6: 30a IN THE LOBBY I never got to see a doctor and I actually discharged myself. I demanded my results because they had them in the computer system since 12am! I was basically just sitting there. The nurses are extremely rude. (The ones in the lobby) I mean 0 stars. They need a better system. I didn’t even get to finish treatment because of their horrible system. Don’t go here unless your on your last breath or they will not care or make u priority.

The wait time is INSANE. Check in, registration, getting your vitals, and sending you to several stations to be asked the same thing HAPPENS ALMOST AT THE SPEED OF LIGHTNING. But the wait time is unreal. 10,11,14 hours. Just waiting. You'll be dead coming here. This is my 2nd and last time coming here.

My visit today was great and pleasant. I have private insurance and have tried private doctors and facilities, but none measure up to Harris Health System. The doctor's actually listen, no matter how long the visit may run, they sit and they listen.

Wait time may be long, but definitely worth it. Tho my last few visits the wait time have been pretty good.

The quality of care is amazing and detailed. You matter and they care.

From the Security personnel, to doctor's, they take care of business.

I will continue to come to Harris Health System for my healthcare needs.

Ben taub is the worst. If u don't have insurance. They nurses and doctors are rude to you. And have you waiting almost full day. I been here since 11am it is now 8: 22 pm and still have not seen anyone.its a shame

Yesterday, August 21,2018, I came into the ER at about 8: 15 pm and after waiting a total of 18 hrs I was about to leave when I was called for my room. Meanwhile, I was given the excuse that there weren't any beds. I watch as 4 different families left without any treatment what so ever.
The male staff was very unkind and observed very little apathy toward the patients.
This here is pretty crazy and I felt disrespected by the lack sympathy from the staff.

I went there last night cause I had a pain in my abdomen, they run some test but I wait around 10 hours, I ask a nurse how long more I’m going to take and she told me “well the waiting list is 15 hours” (I arrive there around 5 pm and I decide to leave around 4 AM). And the thing is that was emergency room.

I spent a whole week at the Neuro unit, they are the best, the doctors, nurses and surgeons did a very good job, taking care of me and making me feel better, God bless everybody that works in that hospital, especially the 5D unit.

Is the more worse huspital in Houston I have been here yesterday morning until tomorrow morning now is 12: 52 am. I’m pregnant with the many problems can’t seat can’t stand can’t walk I really confused is this America or Afghanistan

THE WORST PLACE EVER I HAD A VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THERE. JUST DON'T GO THERE MAKE IT YOUR LAST PLACE NOT THE FIRST.

The wait time in the ER is absolutely RIDICULOUS! I really would like to know WHY it takes so long. I dropped my son off at 8: 30 am this morning. It's 6: 37 pm and he still hasn't seen the doctor. Someone needs to look into this.

Worst hospital i ever went to we t to emergency was in there there suppose to be emmitedd in was there from 6pm till 3 am i had to leave an unorganize the state need to get involve homelesss people sleeping laying down on bench

Insensitive. After hours of waiting. I fell down some stairs and landed on my ankle, and I think my ankle maybe fractured/ broken. So I asked for some ice or an ice pack; the nurse on staff stated I’m okay I will be fine. I am in pain. If I was fine I wouldn’t be here. If I thought I was fine I would have propped my foot up at my own home. If you have any type of medical insurance please go to another hospital.

Most of the staff is rude and insensitive. Long waits. Almost feels like they dehumanize the patients. Horrible, traumatizing experience.

This place is the biggest joke. Our doctor called a head of time to tell let them we were coming. 12 hours later we were still sitting in the waiting. The staff did more walking and talking about their day then working.

Staff they have answering for Harris Health at Ben Taub to set appointments are RUDE AF! The other clinics however never had a bad experience! Best advice is at your appt make it then, and try to keep it to avoid using their call line!

Igave them my pain and they gave me my life back went in a trainwreck came out a 6 milliion dollar man yes sir thanks to staff and doctors.
