Harry Sarles, MD reviews
24My mom was just diagnosed with cancer. Her oncologist told her she needs to get a colonoscopy right away. Sarles’ office is not being compassionate or helpful whatsoever. It’s been almost 2 weeks of waiting. They told her the more she calls to try to get in for an appointment the longer they will take. This is a terrible and heartbreaking time for my family and they are making everything worse. I would understand if they explained compassionately that they are behind but the way they are treating my mom is not okay.
Dr. Sarles is very attentive, caring and professional. He doesn't rush you, listens to your concerns and discusses options. I wouldn't consider seeing anyone else in this field. He's the best of the best.
Dr Sarles is knowledgeable and professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and provided guidance and answers. His office staff, Jennifer, gave me her direct phone number if I needed to get in touch with them. The office was efficient in scheduling.
Before I even went back I was charged $171. I called and told them my issue and they said they could handle anything in office. Saw doctor and he said he couldn't do that in office then referred me to someone else 10 min visit for $171. When I left I asked if there was a cheaper visit since he didn't do anything and they said no. Was told consultation was free but was not. Waste of time. Went to whom he referred me to and she didn't charge me anything to assess and am going back next month to take care of issue. Much better office.
Dr. Sarles is a wonderful doctor who I always see every 3-5 years for my routine colonoscopy. I Would not go anywhere else. He is the BEST!
Doctor and staff were great. Office is close and convenient. Went to sleep and woke up later and didn’t feel a thing. Dr Guyser was great as well. Would highly commend them to all. Thank you
I had a great experience with Dr Jillian Sarles. Everything was explained in detail, I was told what to expect with the procedures and why it is necessary. The doctor and nurses were energized and uplifting.
Great experience. I felt like my concerns were quickly addressed and a long awaited diagnosis was received. Thankful for such a quick and easy experience.
They treated me so nice, didn't feel a thing. Woke up like nothing no pain or discomfort, and the Dr came back after the EDG procedure and went over everything.
My husband had colonoscopy by Dr Sarles. We recently moved Texas. Dr. Sarles is wonderful physician, caring professional. Explains everything without rushing. Great personality.
I would recommend Dr. Sarles to anyone who needs a gastroenterologist he is very open-minded and willing to try anything. Also he has an awesome nurse. Very sweet. I would recommend his office to anyone.
Not my idea of a good time yet the experience was very easy and smooth. The clinic is very professional from receptionist to Nurse anesthetist. Dr. Sarles is excellent. He has done two upper endoscopy and two colonoscopy precedures on me and all were trouble free and smooth.
Sometimes its hard to find a good doctor. When you do do, you tend to keep them. I've been a patient of Dr. Sarles for over a decade and for good reason. He listens to you. He takes his time with you. He's genuinely concerned about your health. I work in health care and am picky about doctors. I trust and highly recommend Dr. Harry Sarles.
The office and staff are the greatest! Everyone is friendly and very efficient. I feel I'm getting the best care I can possibly receive!
I will, and have referred many people to the office.
Dr Sarles and the entire staff were fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
Dr. Sarles is a great Dr.and his staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him and his office.
Very patient. Told me exactly what was going on and what to expect Would work with him again. Would've been five stars, but his location is not the easiest to get to
Dr Sarles is wonderful and takes time to understand what you are going through and does what he can to help his patients feel better. Very nice and caring with a great bedside manner!
I had a great experience visiting with Dr Sarles office. Very modern signing in procedure and warm welcome followed by a very short waiting period before my consultation. Thank you to all the staff that made me feel at ease for an appointment I was not looking forward to.
I had Dr Sarles perform a colonoscopy 5 years ago. At that time they found two small polyps and that it looked good. I was going to have my 5 year preventative check up, and was told it was now a diagnostic check this time. I told them I just wanted a preventative because of my insurance. I was told I couldn't have it that way and they had to file it as a diagnostic because of the polyps. I now can't afford to have this done. What is worse is that I already picked up prescription that I can't take back. This is either a doctor issue or an insurance (Cigna) one. Either way, it is about the money not the patient.
