Harsh Babbar, MD reviews
17Harsh I'm sure is a very busy doctor so my wait in the office was a little longer than I anticipated. However once we begin our visit I found Dr Babbar to be very efficient and thorough. He's a kind and gentle doctor.
I am so grateful to Dr.babbar for getting me well again. Because I feel almost brand new! They staff is absolutely wonderful also. Thank y'all so much!
Dr Babbar was amazing. He listened closely and proposed a multi step plan to get me back on track. There is a reason it took a month to get in to see him.
Everyone was very professional but I’ve had the test done in November and no one has called me with the results and it is March 7 in my problems with shortness of breath is worse. I was wondering when I could get in to see the doctor as soon as possible thank you.
Dr. Babbar is very personable and caring.explains reports on my tests to help me understand the medical terminology.listens to my questions and responds to them. Takes his time with me.don’t feel rushed out. Let’s me know what tests are planned and why!
Dr Babbar was willing to fit me in because of a recommendation from a cardio-thoracic surgeon. He listened to my history and wrote an order for a PET scan.
Very friendly atmosphere. Front office staff very efficient
Dr Babbar is exceptional, very knowledgeable, good listener, gives adequate time to cover illness and treatment option plans. Would highly recommend to anyone with pulmonary dysfunctions.
My visit was on the telephone due to the ice storm. I am so grateful to have Dr. Babbar as my pulmonologist. He is a "take charge" type of physician who, just months after my open heart surgery in 2020, worked with me and Dr. Carling to set me up with heart specialist dr. Thomas. This move was life changing and life saving for me!
Well done, Dr. Babbar!
Blessings,
John
EDIT: It appears that the Dr office has switched up my contact number with my son and he has been getting the messages. I am hoping this is cleared up. I also was unaware that he is only in the office a couple days every other week. That makes a difference too. I have added 2 stars to my review.
I am a new patient of Dr Babbar. I really like him a lot and have no issues with him. However I can't say the same thing for the office staff. Phones are never answered by a human and messages are not returned. This is very disappointing. Patients with pulmonary issues need to be able to reach a Dr when necessary. My calls are about getting some forms signed and returned which he stated would be no problem at the office visit. I understand staff shortages but this is too important. I will continue to see him but I am hoping this improves soon.
Dr Babbar is the best I have ever seen. He listens to you and treats you as family. He takes time to explain everything and is very thorough. It is obvious he cares about his patients.
Such a nice staff to work with. Professional at all times. Dr. Babbar is through in his testing, communicating the need and the final results in words that I can understand. He is also the preferred Pulmonologist at the hospital.
Dr Barbara is a caring dr that listen to my concerns.
He is very intelligent and professional.
I trust him and his decisions.
Dr Babbar was very thorough and answered all my questions. He seemed determined to figure out what was causing my problems and after meeting with him I am confident he will do that very thing
I am highly satisfied with my Phonologist Dr Harsh Babbar - Dr Krishna. Thursday 11/17/2022 Medical Transportation failed to take me for appointment and I am 15 minutes late and surprised to learn that my appointment is cancelled. Namasthey - Dr. Krishna.
Unfortunately, my experience at this office has been less than satisfactory. On two separate occasions over the past 6 months I have needed to either talk to Dr. Babbar's nurse or the front desk. After leaving 6 messages, some urgent, on various days and times, I never received a return call. Then, on December 5th when I went to the office for the scheduled 6 month checkup, I was told that the doctor was not in. I was informed that they tried to call but my voicemail was full. If that were true, there's still texting and email. I, personally, cannot deal with a doctor's office that does not show concern for the patient.
Dr Babbar was prompt, very professional, clearly explained the testing and imagine reports results. He explained why follow-up appointments were needed and when they would be. I am very pleased with Dr Babbar as my Pulmonologist and highly recommended him.
