Prices are reasonable. Plenty of food to choose from on the buffet. They keep fresh food on the buffet.
The fried chicken was horrific. It was smelling burnt, and it tasted like old frying oil.
I told two employees including the store manager, only to be ridiculed by my findings.
I will not be coming back to this location.
I am a frequent customer of Hartz, and every location has enough snap to do their maintenance on their cooking oils, but this location suffers from good leadership.
The food is proof!
Beware yall, not worth paying $15-20 for a meal that tastes like deep fried dirty socks.

Went for dinner in the drive thru. Ordered a half dozen gizzard meal and a 7 count tender meal. Tender meal was supposed to come with gravy and we didn’t receive any. Not to mention half the gizzards and liver we received were completely raw. Tried calling to resolve and no one would answer.
I've been going to this Hartz since I was a teenager now I take my kids here its one of the hartz I've been to its always a great place to go and the buffet is always on point highly recommend
Came with my friends for lunch. Food was hot and fresh! Buffet was stocked and clean. Food was very tasty! They have the best Fried chicken. Cashier was very friendly and I took an order home also for my family to enjoy! I recommend Hartz on Fairmont Parkway Pasadena Texas.
Food quality was excellent, buffet was constantly filled and kept clean. The restaurant as a whole was also very clean. This will be my family's new location.
They run out of certain foods and they don't put it back out even if. It's 2 hours until closing and the price has gone up so if the food isn't there it's not a good value.

This is probably the first Hartz I’ve been to in a very long time that has been so CLEAN. Everything was hot and fresh. Flavor on everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Fair items of Chicken. Fried spicy chicken, Baked chicken, Liver fry, Gizzard fry, mashed potato, corn with butter, spinach, beans curry and few more items. All you can eat / buffet for $14, that includes pop drinks.
Coleslaw container cracked in the middle leaked all over everything order gizzards and livers livers were burnt in those some how there was a under cooked chicken strip will just keep going to the one on Southmore
