Fresh home cooked and tasty vegetables and meat. Large variety of chicken to offer that includes grilled, fried, tenders and chicken wings. Fried fish. Salad Bar and desert. Yummy.

Bad service, the dirty soda machines looked like they had not been cleaned for days from the ducts where the soda comes out to the lever, another person noticed it and also made the comment to the cashier, after 30 minutes they began to clean them already The service is not like before nor the food the hard corn bread, very bad service

Chicken is good except cgicken strips had a weird taste. Sides are canned at best salads looked old and soaked in dressing and or water. But clean establishment.

Visited again and
Beans had no flavor and cold!
They have really cut back on stuff.
Overall quality of the food is degrading.

I called and was left on hold for 30 min I hung up and called back several times only to keep getting the busy tone signal. And when I asked about placing bowls in my order he didn't answer me and just put me on hold and then purposely left the phone off the hook

This was my first time ever eating at a Hartz. The food was okay. I wasn't blown away though. It was like eating in a cafeteria tbh. The food was a 5/6 out of 10. The staff was friendly and it was clean, but it felt more like grabbing food from McDonald's and dining in, rather than eating at a restaurant. Nothing wrong with that, but if I'm taking the time to go in somewhere instead of grabbing take-out, I'd prefer it at least feel like I'm having a dining experience. That's just me. The AC wasn't working right either, and with it being over 100 degrees outside, I'd prefer not sweating over my meal.

I came into the Tomball location drive-thru I ordered a dozen and a half livers which is 18 livers and I ordered white gravy for my mashed potatoes and I repeated it three times I get my order home and I only received 14 chicken livers and brown gravy for my mashed potatoes I called the store to let them know you know to ask them what was going on and there was no manager on duty to speak to me which a manager should be on duty at all times they said the manager or the owner was at the other store nobody at that store new the phone number to the other store when I located the phone number to store 199 the owner or the manager answers the phone and then hangs up on me I called back and he said he's not able to take my call right now I will be speaking to management tomorrow for a refund on my order you can't cheat people out of what they order it's not right surely they know how to count right they work there

This used to be the best Hartz in town. Used to be. After this flu hit, they never questioned me not wearing a mask and I kept frequenting this establishment.

06 March 2021 my wife & I went to get some food and this Asian fella asked where my mask was. I advised him I have PTSD & anxiety which, coupled with the mask, leads to not being able to breathe. This asian fella asked me why I couldn’t breathe then tried to lecture me on what the cdc says and gave me his personal opinion on why I need to wear a mask.

I completed the text survey to advise the owners of this problem and my complaint went to him. He replied with “MNL MANAGEMENT CORP replied to your feedback from Mar 10: Hi Christopher I spoke with you that day. I'm sorry for the unpleasant exchange. I was asking you all to make an effort to wear the mask for you safety. We are now requiring everyone to wear a mask or face shield. We apologize for any incon.thank you”

My family and I decided to give this Hartz a try as we were looking forward to a dine in "normal" experience today. We were politely asked to wear a mask before we could make a purchase. We politely declined and left the establishment. It was a blessing because Chick-fil-A in Tomball had just opened their dining room today and no masks are required although employees are still required to wear them. CFA required social distancing when dining inside. We had SUCH a nice family dinner while visiting and being able to see one another's smile! The masks have been scientifically proven to be insufficient at filtering 0.05 microns or less. This insanity needs to stop. Covid 19 has a survival rate of 99.03% for the vast majority of the population.
My family will not patronize Hartz until they remove the silly mask requirement. We WILL, however spend our $ elsewhere in order to dine-in, such as Chik Fil A! Their menu items are better quality anyway. It's a win-win!
