Great environment! Everyone is so kind there and the hygienist are always friendly and explain everything beforehand. I just got off my braces today and my teeth look awesome:) They’re also willing to help you out with payment plans if you can’t afford something upfront and work with you to give you the best experience possible.
Dr. Hashem and his staff are very professional, courteous and inviting. You are always taken in consideration and with any questions they will provide an answer for you. I have been with Dr. Hashem for about 4 years due to my complicated dental situation. I was 1st with Mary but after she was promoted to office manager at the Flower Mound office I was then with Jackie. I absolutely love them both and requested them specifically as my orthodontic assistant. Dr. Hashem's Flower Mound and Colleyville locations are always clean and he makes sure you as a patient get the best!
It is such a welcoming place with kind staff and an amazing waiting area. You don’t have to worry at all about the wait with little ones, there’s so many fun things for them to do, which gives you peace of mind for you to relax while you wait.
And the doctors are the kindest people I’ve met! Makes me want to be a patient of theirs!
The kids love the kind and gentle staff. Oh- and the slushees!
As a parent I have been super impressed with the front office staff. Scheduling multiple kids with braces and activities is a challenge. They are always kind and accommodating and I don’t dread calling to schedule or reschedule when something conflicts.
Dr. Hashem is honest and doesn’t try to push unnecessary work. He wants what is best for his patients.
