Great food and great service as always. Can’t beat the burgers and the sweet potato fries are the best.

Although the burgers are good there is just something that is off about them. Can't quite put my finger on it. The folks are always ready to help and the service is excellent. One plus is the outdoor heated seating area.

First time there! Reasonable prices for big fresh burgers! Cute area. Drive thru cashier was awesome. Too bad I didn't catch her name.

Took an hour and 11 minutes to get my order today. It appears they just prioritized the drive through and left everybody else hanging. Bad business.

Always a great experience! We go to hat creek one or twice a month. It's a great place for the adults to sit back and eat while the kids run wild on the playground.

The service is usually pretty good. However the last few times I've been, there was problems getting extra dipping sauce, Dr pepper refreshed, once there wasn't lids, another time the missed a whole burger. Ha. I will say this, even with the service the last couple times, we will continue to come to Hat Creek. Can't let a couple bad experiences ruin a restaurant we've been going to for a while!

Staff was nice.

Took almost an hour to get our food after waiting 15 minutes in the order line. It was busy, but still way too long for burgers. The burgers and sandwiches were good, but the portions are pretty small for what they charge. My wife's patty on her chicken sandwich was seriously the size of her palm or smaller. It was basically all lettuce and tomatoes.

It's redeeming quality was the nice playground/play area for kids.

It is the second time we are there. We ate Hamburger Hat Combo and Chicken tenders Combo. I really love this hamburger, the place was clean and good service. The combo Include Fries Potatoes and Drink.

It's was our first time having hat creek for a family of 6 for my sons birthday dinner! It was amazing, fresh made burgers that hit the spot, fries and tots had good seasoning as well! Spent $10-$20 per a person not bad prices!

We stopped here on our way to the outlet mall. Thr service was fast and th food hot. But the burger was just average. Nothing special. I was expecting more.

The sauces are amazing & the quality of food is well worth the higher price. This is my first time well done.

You gotta, gotta, gotta, try the burgers! And the fries are awesome also. A jump up from fast food, but quicker than a waiting on a waitress or waiter. I like the convenience of serve yourself condiments, fountain drinks, tea, napkins and utensils. Our party of 8 enjoyed laughter and conversation on an large picnic table and felt right at home! The children actually enjoyed their meal and and then burnt off the energy on the very nice and safe tree house style play area.
BONUS. It won't hurt the wallet!

They have some of the best chicken nuggets. The burgers aren’t too bad. The ticket time needs improvement.

I don't blame the establishment or the folks that worked there, I guess after the hype, I was not impressed. The burgers were on the smaller side and the taste was.meh. I do, however, like their claim that they had antibiotic free beef. The fries and shakes were average as well. I ordered a regular shake and it seemed more like a small, especially since it wasn't seemingly filled appropriately.

There is a nice area for kids to play around in and the sound is pretty isolated.

A bit expensive for my preference and for what I received.

Ordered a peanut butter milkshake and got a thick cup of 98% peanut butter and 2% ice cream. It was just about impossible to drink and tasted like eating peanut butter out of a jar.

Had Leo as my delivery driver, may not matter to the whole world of grub hub but the fact he was worried about my food getting cold cause I couldn’t make it to the gate by the time he got here (he was just too fast!) was fine customer service! I told him it was not his fault as I work from home and was stuck on a call! It was still warm when i grabbed it from my gate! If you are in the local San Marcos area and get Leo as your driver, just know your food is in good hands and EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT HOLY MOLY!
