Hat Creek Burger Company, Little Elm TX

They have good food, but I feel like it is a little overpriced for the quality and size. They usually take a while to prepare your food, too. Never had a bad experience with customer service or food:)

Staff gave me the wrong order and then got upset when I asked for the food I actually ordered. I was told they were too busy to correct it. This was from who they claimed was the manager. I ordered chicken nuggets and got hamburgers. Order was finally corrected, but only once I went inside and insisted on the correct order or a refund. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through for the wrong order.

Food was ok, services is good, the playground for the kids is an amazing idea. My only problem with the place that nothing is clean, the tables, chairs doors are all dirty and sticky.

UPDATE 11/2023: seems they have finally fix all of their website quirks, ordering was easier now, no mix ups when I picked up my order, only con is I wish they would be consistent with writing down the names for the burgers, it's an option in the website, jersey Mike's is very efficient at this. HC still struggles, sometimes I see the names others they don't, today was a don't. But burgers are tasty.

02/2022 Continue to come here because now they have combos, that make the meals a better deal, but several times they have gotten mu order wrong, little things here and there, however today was a good day, no issues complete order, and did order online and went well. Order was completed on time.
Older review: : The burgers are good/ok here, do not like that everything is alacarte, can get pricey for a family of 4, for the same expense I could go to a bbq place and get more value, but the wife likes it here.

The absolutely perfect place to grab a burger and beer while socializing with other parents as we are letting our children run amuk on the playground! Food is good, beer in the bottle and on tap. Yummy shakes. Lots of kids!

Jay, the assistant manager, hands down has the most outstanding customer service. Jay makes sure everyone in the restaurant is taken care of, and has everything they need. We have been in 2 times in the last 3 weeks, and Jay has been here both times, and has had the same positive, helpful, and friendly attitude towards everyone that comes in. Love the food, and absolutely love the atmosphere Jay creates in store.

Great sweet potato fries and burgers but pricey. The playground is great when it's not a hundred degrees out.

Be careful ordering here at the Little Elm location. We had food poisoning issues after eating from the combo menus. Food seemed tasty, but sanitation is questionable.

1 star for no wireless pay. Yes it upsets me when I can go anywhere and pay with my phone but I can't come here and use my phone. Wasted my time. Thanks.

Not a bad place to grab a burger. The seasoned fries are good. I tried the Cowboy burger with no sauce and it was really good. You can tell it was hastily thrown together, but that didn't stop me from digging in and ugly eating it to the last crumb. They could use someone to clean the tables as those were pretty dirty as well as the floor. Still none of this will stop me from returning. I liked it.

I like that they have healthy options. I always get their keto bowls and paleo bowls. You can get it with beef or turkey. Today the keto bowl was especially good, with the bacon nice and crispy and cooked to perfection. Service was great.

It's certainly a family restaurant that caters families with small-ish children. Don't go if you're on a date night without children. They do offer beer and wine. Overall it's a great place with a casual feel. Enjoy your family here!

This is one of my favorite burger places in town. I ordered the Little Hat, and it's just enough for me. I'm not a fan of their fries, so I order tater tots. They give you plenty and they are always hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and courteous.
