Staff was okay, could have been friendlier but they were not rude or anything.food was great, but the place was a bit dirty.will probably try a different location.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. It was SO GROSS AND THE WORST POKE BOWL EVER. We have been to a lot of Poke places and this is the worst. Just wasted $100. Will never come back Ever!

I gave it a four first time i went worker was mopping and went to grab gloves without washing hands. I attempted this place a second time and actually was pretty good. The girl fixed mine how she fixed hers and was dang good. Lol will attempt to go back just make sure hands are washed.

Food is good. Atmosphere is bland & the girl who took my order was rude. She seemed eager to pick a fight so i just ignored her and let my wife finish the order. Also, if someone is willing to pay for three flavors in a smoothie just set it up so they can pay extra it's just a sound business practice. All in all there's no other place that's as good in Sherman, so it's a positive rating overall.

Went to get boba drinks they were closing 45 mins early. The floor was wet f mopping. My granddaughters and I were craving boba. We were bummed

I've been coming here for a long time, and it remains the best poke I've had in the DFW area. The ingredients are fresh, and there is an insane variety of add ons. The sauces also pair really nicely with each other, and I get a different combination every time for a new and refreshing taste each visit. I also love the tempura shrimp (SO crispy) and their tonkatsu ramen. They've never disappointed and I can't wait to be back!

I love this place and the food, one of my favorite places to go, but the new staff sucks, I’m also young and work in food service so I try to be understanding but they’re a bunch of kids that do not care, they were talking more to each other while taking my order, one was eating on the counter, they argued if china was in asia, they forgot to make my drinks until 10 minutes after we ordered them and they realized we were still waiting for them, then they ran out of water so we had to wait longer, someone came in for a pick up order and they forgot to make it, we waited almost 30 minutes for three drinks, I feel bad for the owner, I genuinely love this place and hate to see it treated like this

I only got bubble tea, and it tasted really good, however, I don't know how, but the straw was to small for the Boba ot come through. Half the reason I get bubble tea is the satisfying pop of the bubble in my mouth. I will definitely come again, but the bubbles should be a little smaller.

If I wanted rude customer service, I’d go somewhere cheaper. The Sunday staff should be fired ASAP. I thought the female worker was going to throw our order at my toddler son. There is no excuse for that sort of behavior. It’s sad when a toddler has more self control than the employees.

The food we ordered was mediocre and the boba is overrated.

This food makes me so happy every time I eat it. It's like the only place in the area that serves this kind of food, and as someone who lived in Dallas for a time and got spoiled by the culinary diversity, it is a breath of fresh air. Absolutely LOVE the eel every single time, adore the masago and their rice is always cooked to perfection. Try the new iced coffee milk tea too! It's super tasty, and if you like coffee flavored stuff this will tickle that same string. 10/10!

If you know better this is not the place for you. The quality of ingredients is a very low tier but they did try. ‍️ Not worth it if you know what quality is but if your just dabbling into the sushi world than yeah by all means go and try it but just know these are not the same flavors you will find in gradeA meats. Cute on the inside and the boba was alright at best.

I go there more then I should every time I have had an amazing experience expect for today. The guy doing are stuff waited until we said something to make are drinks after sitting for 20 so minutes. Then he finally makes are drinks but made one wrong we proceeded to nicely tell him we asked for no boba he Took it back after huffing and rolling his eyes at us then he proceeded not to make a new but just to dump the one he did wrong into anther cup and give it to us we finally just gave up and left. No customer should be treated that way it’s not are fault it was done wrong. We go to pay for what we want we should get what we want. Worst experience there that I have had.

Soooooo good! We got a build your own sushi bowl and sushi burrito and they were amazing! Smoothie was also yummy and we will definitely be coming back!

They give you your food in these great plastic bowls, along with lids, so it's perfect for bringing any leftovers home or keeping for future use.

Ordered online and picked up. It was during lunch on a Fri, they were packed but I got my bowl quickly. Really good tuna, fresh veggies and huge portion.

A neat mix of Japanese and Hawaiian. I got a bowl of ramen. It was good but not as chock full of spice and flavor as traditional ramen shops. Still good though.

My and my daughters new (to us) favorite place to eat when its just me and her. This is only our second time but it was so good. She got a burrito with sushi rice, cucumber, and crab salad (just imitation crab). I got a bowl with sushi rice, shrimp tempura, corn, cucumber, crab salad and nori. We shared a sparkling strawberry drink with passion fruit boba. I didnt get a picture of that bit it was good. We will definitely be back to try some more great things.

This was my first time going and I would give the boba a 4.6 I’ve had better but it was great. I got ramen and I would give it a 3 but I didn’t really like it, will not go back agian most likely but great service!

First time here today and my bowl was soooo delicious! They girls were so nice. I will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place. I ordered online today and there were two young ladies there who were putting in work. They had my order ready and were very courteous. The food is delicious!

Finally a good place to go for ramen and asian food instead of having to drive all the way to plano The burrito bowls are the best, me and the hubby always go and get some and the bobba is sooo so good?
