What a wonderful experience with Glenn Marceau - Sales Manager at the Haverty's Coppell store. He made it easy to purchase quality furniture and my money went a long way. The selection on the floor was great - I was on a hunt for furniture with performance fabric (Crypton, Olefin, Polypropylene) and the sofa was right there on the floor. I didn't have to order a custom piece from North Carolina - Haverty's has it and you don't have to wait 20 weeks. Forever a fan of Haverty's and ask for Glenn - he's your guy on the phone or at the store. He listened to my needs and answered my questions. Very professional. Thanks again Glenn!

Very large selection. Very good pricing with a very large clearance section. Helpful staff to answer any questions you may have about an item. Loading dock in the back for you to pick you items after purchase. They wrap everything in plastic and help you secure the load.

I was in a hurry to find a small loveseat for my living room, with lots of guests expected over the holidays and a little short on seating. I saw exactly what I wanted, came back with the pick up truck the following evening, in even more of a rush due to guests already arriving and the team at Haverty's was great! Nice to work with, quick and efficient, and good prices. They had the loveseat wrapped and loaded in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend!

Sales associates are quick to approach possible customers upon entry to the store. The store is well arranged, the product is of amazing quality, and each associate is clearly knowledgeable about their products. If they don't have all the answers to the questions, they are quick to admit and find someone who does have the answers. We will be happy to return in the future.

Glenn the manager there was phenomenal. He was very helpful and patient, and answered all of our questions. We bought a living room set and will definitely buy from him again.

Super helpful staff. They were able to help me find a piece of furniture that I really wanted that had been discontinued. Everyone here was friendly, everyone said hello. No one was pushy or a creepy stalker salesperson. I can't comment on my purchase yet but so far so good.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Joe and Sam were very knowledgeable which really helped us find the right pieces for our home. The furniture is well made and modern. We are almost done updating our furnishings and will definitely be back.

They got interesting things and the outlet near DFW airport is very very cheap. Brenda was my sales associate. Highly recommend her!

Confusing when trying to pick up an order. Still not quite done with opening construction maybe better when they done.
