I went to Rockport Chiropractic for lip filler. Megan was the tech who assist me with my service. She was knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend her. Thank you Megan!

Dismissed. I was nothing but dismissed during my first (and last) visit. No one introduced themselves to me…not my intake clerk, not the PA, not a receptionist…no one. My intake clerk in the room was very unfamiliar with the technology. Ultimately, she ended up asking me questions on paper that I had already submitted in the portal three different times. I was dismissed rather quickly from my consultation because I didn’t want a specific procedure done (cash requirement). Upon checkout, a receptionist-in-training couldn’t figure out my billing. Her co-worker flippantly replied with “I marked it with a red X for billing [something or the other]”. I asked why I wasn’t informed that there was issues with my insurance and, again, I was dismissed. Her response (without even looking at me) was “We don’t call to verify day of and it’s Monday morning…yesterday was Sunday. ” Yeah, pretty sure I know the days of the week.
This was a undoubted waste of my money and time. I hate this because this clinic came very highly recommended. I know I’m only one person, but I was a new person wanting to try something that I had never tried before. I’m still relatively new to the area and trying to establish primary care for things, so it is more disappointing that I can’t do so locally and support the town and small business. I won’t be back.
If you schedule an appointment, do your due diligence so you aren’t made to feel like a fool or unintelligent.
