Finding Hawkins Creek was an absolute blessing. Chris & Beau made My Nana and I transitions from out of state as smooth as could possibly be. When I walked into Hawkins Creek for the second time after the remodel was complete, I was blown away by how beautiful, bright and airy it is. The welcoming professionalism from all the staff and genuine caring support is all one could ask for. Highly recommend for memory care and residential living.

care and the fact that he is treated with respect and friendship among the staff.
I chose this place for my husband because of its size, the fact that it is a single-story, home-like atmosphere. I appreciate the fact that anytime I have had a concern, it has been addressed immediately, and handled as quickly as possible.

Hawkins Creek is a beautiful facility that provides excellent care. I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing firsthand the warm and engaging way staff members (ranging from care providers to the Executive Director) interact with one another and the residents. I love the new updates to the building and look forward to visiting weekly!
Hawkins Creek is a wonderful facility. The building is beautiful and the staff provides excellent care to their residence. They have tons of Activites planned to keep the residence engaged and having fun at all times.

My mom has been here since 2020! We were so scared to leave her. The faculty has not only helped us, but helped my mom blossom. The activity they do are so interactive and fun! I also love seeing the pictures of my mom enjoy her new home and life!
Hawkins Creek is a beautiful community! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I enjoy seeing the residents sitting out on the front porch enjoying each other. They are always smiling! I love that the residents have an indoor gardening area for them to enjoy as well. Great place for your loved one!
