Worker are amazing, they pre inform you before coming, today Mr Connors was at my house, he was so professional, he introduced himself and explained what he’s going to do and after everything, he did explained what he had done and gave me the opportunity to ask questions of which he gave detailed answers and he did some extra services that I never knew I needed care for, he even went into my garage to remove spider webs. What an amazing job!

I got service on Saturday by a technician by the name of Peter, I’ve been with Hawx for about 3 years now and he was my technician a little over a year ago and couldn’t be happier to have him back in our area! Always on time, excellent service, very knowledgeable, and always makes my Wife and I laugh. Glad to see he’s our technician again!

I had a few wasp nests and spider webs that needed to be taken care of and our technician Bubba was super informative and was very professional in answering all the questions I had no matter how silly they were. Thank you i will request him again in the future.

Do not use this company. Their sales reps come out & knock on your door at the most inconvenient times & promise you the world only to find out that it was all a lie & you are stuck in a contract with them. When the sales rep stopped by, I told him I was happy with my current pest company only issue was communication & well I went from paying $80 for quarterly service with another company to $102.84 with Haux to get horrible customer service & little to no communication. They demand you call in advance if you want the interior treated yet, they never answer the phones. You send an email & they reply when the service has been completed & now they have to schedule another appointment for them to come out. They are supposed to treat the exterior & if you call in advance (which I always do) they will treat the interior at no additional charge. Well guess what they NEVER do! So I have to call them & ask them to send another technician to complete the order they failed to complete in the 1st place. O & wait.there's more. I have pets, so I ask to please call in advance so I can put them away & they don't call. They either show up without notice (if I'm lucky) or will "show up" according to the notes & only "treat the front" of the home even though I'm paying for front, backyard & interior. According to the notes it says the technician treated the front & when I asked for half of my money back since they only treated half of the home they said NO. So funny thing. I work from home so I know these people are liars & stealing your money. I have a dog & trust me.if someone comes near the door he will let me know. JUST A LITTLE ADVICE: Don't. You're going to thank me later.

We switched to hawx last year after being with another service for years and I guess we just didn’t know what we were missing. Hawx has been fantastic and goes above and beyond. Raymond did my yard today and he treated for several wasps nests and dusted eaves and was just ja pleasant person on top of everything. So happy we switched

All of the tech's that work for Hawx have been good but Connor, the pest control tech that performed the service at our house today, is great and the best tech we've had yet. As long as he's working for the company I would prefer that he be the only technician assigned to this area so he can always be the tech to perform our service. He's courteous, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He gave me a rundown of different problems he found and what he did to fix them. For example, he found a couple fire ant hills in our backyard (where our dog spends a lot of time) and made sure to deal with them. Having an employee that shows he cares about you, your family and your pets is awesome. Great company and great employees!
