Nicole is the best! She creates a plan that FITS me, my lifestyle, and my age. She is incredibly supportive, realistic and adaptive with her personal care and instruction. All about wellness, LOVE THAT! Highly recommend.

Great staff makes this place special. I have enjoyed the Fun Fitness classes in the early morning with Ana and Claudia. The amount of effort these instructors make to create varied workouts is amazing. All is carefully planned to build on the strengths we bring to class.

I have worked with Nicole for the last couple of months. She has completely changed my life. I can sneeze, cough, jump with no bladder leakage. I no longer wake up numerous times at night to empty my bladder. I was skeptical at first, but I did everything she said. The results have been amazing. I highly recommend her.

Do yourself a favor, before or after birth, and come see the amazing physical therapists at Hays County PT. Dr. Nicole Laird and associates have worked with me postpartum and it’s helped my recovery exponentially. Janice at the front desk is wonderful and is so supportive in scheduling my appointments for times that work with my busy schedule. This clinic has it all and offers exercise classes, massages, etc. It’s all around a very welcoming place that has helped me recover postpartum. Y’all are the best!

Nicole and the team are amazing. I was having a hard time after the birth of my second child and had gone through one negative experience with a PFPT. I was afraid I would never be able to enjoy physician activity and play with my kids like I wanted to. They showed me so much empathy and support. Here I am getting ready to run a 10k and plan to train for half marathon in the fall. I’m strength training, spinning, and doing all the things I love to with my kids. I can’t thank them enough for giving me my life back!

I had the option of choosing to pay Hays County Physical Therapy out-of-pocket or going to a physical therapist that was covered under my insurance. After my initial evaluation with Hays County Physical Therapy, I knew that this place was worth every penny. The ladies here, from the owner to the receptionist, and every single therapist I've worked with, are all very professional and personable and they really understand the needs of their patients. I went here for pelvic floor PT after giving birth, which is something many women may find uncomfortable or embarrassing, but everyone at Hays County PT made me feel heard, they explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and they did their best to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone! If you are pregnant, just gave birth, have any incontinence issues or just need general PT and strengthening, you want some ladies that are in your corner. Hays County PT is so so worth it!

I was done with fitness classes at gyms and boutique studios - the hyper focus on weight loss and pushing my body beyond what felt good were things I didn't want to participate in any more. I found Wendy and Hays County PT in my search for a place to move my body in ways that felt good and were tailored to me. I've always had to push myself to workout and I don't feel that way about my workouts with Wendy. I look forward to them and always feel good after. I can't recommend their wellness programs enough!

Dr. Nicole was really great! I remember my first appointment coming in for postpartum back and hip pain after having my third child. My abdominal muscles felt nonexistent at the time and it made for extreme pain lifting any of my children. She listened to my concerns and I actually felt heard. Many times at doctors offices it can feel like a conveyor belt coming in for an appointment and they just try to move you along as fast as possible, that was not at all what I felt like at Hays Physical Therapy! Janice was always so welcoming and kind at the front desk while waiting for my appointment to start as well! It definitely isn’t cheap to go to postpartum physical therapy which is unfortunate given the toll it takes to grow a human. That is obviously from the top down with our government and health care systems being competitive and completely broken though! I will also add that I felt safe and cared for at all my appointments! I’m really appreciative of Dr. Nicole! Highly recommend!
