The rent is too high for the amount of anemities offered. The complex is quiet, I'll give them that.

I have been staying at this complex almost two years and I’ve loved it! The management is always helpful and convenient when needed. Chanel is amazing and really cares for the complex. Upgrading and the look is growing on me but no complaints! Thanks Hazelwood.

Hazelwood is a great community and place to live. The maintenance staff is prompt and helpful, and Chennal is accommodating and always goes above and beyond.

One step to better living? More like a step to hell. I have lived here for a year and went through some horrible experiences. There was a pipe leaking in our apartment last summer. Next, there were times when the heat didn’t work. Today, the apartment’s smell was intoxicating. The others that live here probably have better experience with this place.

Mrs Chennal is so great to work with she is very understanding and gets the job done whenever something is needed I would definitely recommend Hazelwood to my family and friend

Hazelwood is a very beautiful and family friendly apartment complex, leasing agent Michelle is the most helpful person I've encountered!

I have been here for about 2years now. Chennal is such an amazing Manager. She makes sure to resolve any issue that is with in her control. Chennal has a great personality and She is always smiling I truly love the new things that are going forward with the Property!

THESE APARTMENTS TOOK MY DAUGHTER MONEY! SHE THOUGHT THAT SHE WAS GOING TO MOVE IN BUT LATER THEY SAID THAT HER CHECK STUDS DIDN'T WORK! HAZELWOOD APARTMENTS IS WRONG FOR DOING THAT TO HER.

This has been there 4 days so no they don't pick up as you said just an update I finally got moved out I seen the parking lot was had a stream of water flowing another leak? Who knows I'm just glad to be outta there also before I left no hot water in kitchen did I mention we pay for the water that's in the parking lot DONT MOVE THERE!

Ms. Channel is extremely benevolent, bubbly, charismatic, and professional, simultaneously. She also answered all my questions explicitly.

Came back from the gym to discover that I have to take a freezing cold bath before work this morning. This complex has had issues with hot water since we moved in almost two years ago. Wouldn't recommend living here to anyone. We thought our last complex was bad.this one takes the cake. And roaches won't go away no matter how many times they come and spray, appliances don't work.

One of my close friends has lived here for over a year. He is currently almost exactly 2 months without hot water. Management has been embarrassingly unreliable. He has made maintenance requests multiple times and he either gets no response or some excuse that doesn't make sense. He has always paid his rent, followed the rules, and nothing. On top of that his water has began stinking with concerns of possible mold in faucets/shower heads. AVOID THIS COMPLEX ALTOGETHER AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

Do not move here! No hot water most the time paid my rent 6 months ahead now they say I owe rent for the last month asked for weather s stripping months ago never done dog piles everywhere! My post says an error occurred
