I recently had the opportunity to be under the care of Dr. George Davis and Nurse Lori, and I must say, their level of expertise and compassion was truly exceptional. Dr. Davis's thorough approach and keen attention to detail in diagnosis and treatment were remarkable. He not only addressed my immediate health concerns with utmost professionalism but also showed genuine interest in my overall well-being.

Came in and was told a 2hr wait. The parking lot is empty. Yet a white woman and her kid went in and they was taken care of immediately. The whole 2hr wait being told has happened before now i see its because of our race. This is insane. Then the man basically told me to go somewhere else they do can treat me anywhere. This just happened so check yall cameras.

Please do not bring your small children here. Staff is very rude.
We had an awful experience with one nurse in particular who was very aggressive and frustrated. I could hear this nurse talking outside the room my son and I were in, telling other nurses that my son was not cooperating with this nurse’s instructions. Please note my son is a shy 3 year old, who wouldn’t take Tylenol from this nurse.
Nurses who treat patients, especially small children the way she treated my son should not be on staff.

Came in today 10/20/2023 at 7pm with a sick 7 month old baby. Christina was the nurse who checked me in first words that came out of her mouth was “why don’t you go to another ER because we are so packed here it’s gonna be 1-2 hour wait “ mind you there is no one in the lobby she was rude, snobby with a attitude like she literally trying to convince me to leave I explained to her that I was waiting previously at Children’s hospital for 4-5 hours and they told me I had to wait at least 8 hours to be taken back to rooms in the ER there I took my chances and left and found this place. I have never in my life had I been treated like this by a health care provider or let alone a nurse who is supposed to have empathy and the want to help take care of a sick child she treated me and my baby like an inconvenience to her. I want someone to call me and play back the cameras and hopefully fire her to teach her how to treat people when entering an emergency room because her greeting and demeanor towards us was disgusting. I am appalled that she thinks it’s okay to treat individuals like this. Thank God I didn’t listen to her my response was well I’m already here and my baby is so fussy I’ll take my chances here and she rolled her eyes and took down my sons info and turned around and says fine but it’s gonna be a while to be seen like I said …. 5 minutes later I was taken back and seen by another nurse thank goodness and saw the doctor and my son got the medical attention I was seeking I left the ER at 8: 40pm. So she lied to my face and when I walk in her and some one people are sitting at a desk and if you ask me she was being lazy and didn’t want to help she shouldn’t be a nurse because she doesn’t have what it takes in my opinion. Avoid this place, literally the worst experience from a nurse I have ever received. Christina the nurse with the purple hair is a horrible individual I had the misfortune to meet.

Horrible. Dr Valentine is horrible. He won't prescribe you anything and still bill your insurance.

Their lab calls me a few days later stating I have strep. Today is 10/29 the medication is still not called into the pharmacy. The lab lady said the amoxicillan would be sent to the pharmacy. No medication yet.

Donot go to this ER!

I have always taken my children to this place and it is the best emergency room. I have no complaints. The entire staff is very kind and professional. God bless you and thank you for everything.

Take your child to an better hospital please the staff was nice but the male doctor seemed rude and uninterested in what I was telling him that was wrong with my child and dismissed us with no medications no bloodwork. You can tell they are just here for a check take the drive and take the child to we’re your presence is appreciated. It was so empty in here and now I see why

Went in for a chest X-ray after having a fever for a week.the lady at the front said it would be an hour (there was one person in the waiting room). The one man got his X-ray done, and then I heard nothing. Come to find out, the lady didn’t check me in for 45 minutes. The tech that did my x-ray was super sweet and knowledgeable, but unfortunately the experience I had with the lady that “checked me in” set the tone. Not sure if she realized that when you check someone in, they receive a text message when you do it. Also, another employee came out and asked if I needed help. I told her I was waiting for an X-ray in which the front desk lady quickly said, “I told her it would be 30 minutes. ” I’ve never experienced anything like that. Not sure why she was so stuck on making me wait when I walked in and was nothing but nice.

Hi I had a wonderful experience here and it was so professional and the fastest calming experience when I had an allergy reaction because of how well they explained everything and I called earlier to try to thank them for helping me but I couldn’t get ahold so I’m writing a review but I had instant results and dramatic quick results from my recommendation and it’s clean here. Definitely would recommend.

I went with some chest pains and it was pretty clean and had a nice vibe walking in. The receptionist was very kind and was pretty speedy with her work. The nurse, I think her name was Brittany, was so kind! I struggled with kind of explaining some of what pain I was feeling and she was still very attentive and polite the whole time. She was super understanding of everything and it was honestly a great time. Pretty much anyone I interacted with here was kind, informative and great to be around. I got my diagnosis and a clear and concise treatment and am hoping to feel great soon thanks to them!

I went today Saturday 9/9/23 for Open MRI at Town Lake. Julie, Brittany, and the gentleman working took excellent care of me. They were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. Awesome team.

This ER staff are not professional and not honest about charges and diagnostics. We went to do check up on my wife because she had pain from pregnancy and we want to make sure that she is ok and the baby is ok. We asked them to do some lab work but they didn’t do it and they did an ultrasound and they want to do more and more just to add additional charges even though we asked them many time to make sure everything will be covered by insurance and to let us know ahead of any additional charges. And later we received a bill for $800 for the ultrasound.

Happy to add to the apparently large list of poor reviews for this awful place. I came in December of 2021 with chest pain, in the middle of the night. A young, male doctor immediately dismissed me with an eye roll and "It's just probably costochronditis. " Well, the pain continued, and guess what? It was cancer! I had a tumor in my chest (mediastinal mass, to be exact), and the doctor completely dismissed my pain and symptoms. Thanks a lot for that-it ended up being stage 2 cancer, and the mass was up to 11 cms long once they found it SIX MONTHS LATER, when I went to a doctor who actually cares about their patients and listens to them. I hope one day all of you are sued for malpractice and that you lose your jobs and licenses.

I had back pain so bad I couldn't move. They took care of me instantly and the staff including Dr. Valentine was so professional. I'm happy to say that my pain is under control and I will be following up with my PCP. Thank you guys so much.

I wanted to avoid having to share this but I feel like this has to be known. My infant daughter was rushed to their ER for a case of seizure in December and subsequently passed away under their care. In the following month I was frustrated, depressed and at a loss of what to make sense of the situation.

I wanted closure and was in contact with one of their patient access manager about why we have yet to receive a final bill from them yet we see claims on our insurance EOB. After the first conversation I just couldn't talk about it anymore and just kept waiting for a bill to finally have some closure.

Now, 6 months later, on June 23,2023, coincidentally after my daughter's autopsy report was finalized the bill finally showed up. They were simply waiting to see if they were at fault before they can start billing us for the charges. Since we received the bill, I have called the patient access manager 3 times, emailed 4 times and have no response from her or any representative. I simply want to make sure that this is the final bill and how do we go about finding a way to pay the $2300 bill after insurance for our daughter's death. We simply want closure and not have to be surprised by another bill another 6 months down the road.

Imagine having to deal with the death of your loved one, having to deal with the billing department that just waits it out to see if they were at fault and then having them ghost you when you need them to help with payment options. This is the kind of sympathy and care you will receive from HCA. Be warned.

Great staff and great service. I was there for pelvic pain and immediately Dr. Emetarom was very thorough with her prognosis. She made sure she ruled out everything but also made sure she tested for everything! She was the best! The medical assistant was attentive from checking me on to ensuring I was comfortable. The nurse who did my blood work was also great. My experience was great!

Horrible service. I was there for heart palpitations and showed them the two days old report but they again did an EKG. Doctor there took 10 minutes and in between he was yawning. I asked if they can do bloodwork but they don’t have any lab. They didn’t prescribe me any medication And they charged me $2500 for this kind of service.
Instead go to AFC just other side of street, they are so good and polite. Don’t charge you and your insurance insanely.

Took my granddaughter for a severe earache. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. Quick, efficient, professional personnel.
