I had a great experience with HD Roofing. Abel was very professional and very patient in explaining how the process works. They also worked with my insurance company to point out what the insurance Co missed in their assessment which led to the increase in overall insurance payout.

Would give more stars if available. Don and his team were the best. This was an insurance job and Michael (Inspector & customer relations) was super. HD took care of everything. They worked with the insurance company to make sure the job was done right and made the insurance co.aware of factors in relation to the job were not overlooked and needed to be supplemented. I highly recommend HD Roofing.

I want to write a review on a great company HD Roofing, because they run their company the way I remember my dad running his. Straight forward, friendly, and willing to understand what it is that needs to be done. I called the office and asked about something I knew was a simple job but with possible bad consequences if not addressed. So they arranged for an appointment to take a look. I asked about charges for doing quotes etc.and the office said yes there are standard charges. My thought was this is really a small problem now, but I didn't want to pay the charges. I asked them to cancel the appointment and didn't think anything about it. To my surprise Michael Partain showed up at the time of the appointment. He said look you called about a problem so he said he came to take a look. I have a metal roof with motorized skylights and if you have a problem with one not closing tight you can have a real problem. So he took a look and promptly said lets just get this to close so the cold of next week wouldn't be a problem. He was friendly, professional, and can that can do atitude. So small job, he didn't charge but he left here with a customer. I will need some maintenance on my roof and I will be calling to do the work.

We enjoyed the extreme pleasure of working with Hayden Cooper of HD Roofing and Repair following a hailstorm in June 2023 that damaged our roof. Hayden provided professional and personal service to me and my insurance company to promptly identify damage and determine coverage. Hayden and the skilled HD Roofing staff know how to work with your insurer to fully identify ALL damage, then coordinate repairs. The actual roofing team removed the damaged roofing material and installed a new roof on our 3300 sq.ft.house, plus outbuilding, all in one (long) day. They did a superb job of cleaning up and removing all debris afterwards.
I recommend HD Roofing highly and especially Hayden Cooper. You could not find a more knowledgeable, polite and personable gentleman to coordinate your roofing needs. You might even get him to talk about fishing or football, if you twist his arm. If need be, I would use HD Roofing again.

This company and the project manager were great. They handled everything with the insurance and even arranged for the solar and gutter companies to come do their work. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I have nothing but high praise for this company. I worked with Christian Haas throughout the process, and he was extremely professional and well informed. He is also an all-around good guy. I very much liked working with him. He explained everything in great detail and was very courteous and easy to work with. And most importantly, they did an excellent job on my new roof. It looks fantastic.

HD Roofing was recommended to me by a good friend. At first, I was not impressed with the company because they did exactly what other roofing companies did… Until AllState Insurance refused to pay the claim for hail damaged roof, that was the time when HD Roofing Company stood out from the rest because Michael and his team stood by my side and fought so hard with Allstate to make sure I get a new roof from 2 hail damages. After 4 months of waiting and many emails and calls, Allstate finally agreed to pay for the new roof. A special Thank You to Michael who is really patient, professional, and his work ethic is really impressive. I highly recommend HD Roofing Company to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, a company with whole pack of talented team/staff members who can work with you to help and to ensure insurance companies pay for roof damages.

Great company to work with. They basically handled everything for insurance and kept us informed throughout the process.

After my roof was damaged this year by hail, I contacted 3 roofers to give me estimates. Only Michael from HD Roofing made me feel comfortable with the work that was going to be done. A few weeks after approval, the workers came and got everything done in a day. Compared to what I saw from my neighbors' roofers, the HD Roofing crew was professional and did a great job with the roof replacement and an awesome job cleaning up.

HD Roofing was able to fix some tree damage on my roof after the prior roofing company did not return my calls. I'm not sure why as we were on good terms. Needless to say HD Roofing will be contacted for any future work:)

I cannot adequately explain how impressed I am with HD Roofing & Repair: specifically with Hayden Cooper. When I first met him, I had reservations. Hayden's fast-talking demeaner gave me pause, yet he seemed like a trustworthy person.

After talking to two roofing companies, I decided to go with the other company. They had compelling brochures, a great presentation, and they agreed to do a ridge vent instead of HD's recommended solar fan. I called Hayden to give him the bad news, and he patiently, politely, and persistently fought for the business.

Although he highly recommended the solar fan for my roof's style and stood behind its warranty, Hayden said that we could have either option. He went on to explain that, unlike the other company, HD Roofing was local, Hayden actually grew up in this area, and more importantly, HD roofing would be there to take care of anything that came up in the future. The next thing he said blew me away and sealed the deal. Hayden said, "I know we can deliver a better roof, " and then he listed out each of the specific issues my roof had that he could fix beyond the new shingles, felt, etc. This was our second conversation ever, and our first one had occurred 2 1/2 months prior! Hayden was driving when we had this conversation, so I know he was not looking at any notes. The fact that he remembered the details of my roof from walking on it once, months ago, convinced me that HD Roofing was the right company for me.

When the roof installation happened, I was pleasantly surprised to see a huge team of professionals all around the house. They had keen attention to detail, pride in their work, and cleanliness. They picked up the tiniest of debris on their hands and knees for hours in the dark. I could see the professional care in installation of the drip rails and felt, and the quality of shingles and vents. They definitely went the extra mile and exceeded my expectations on several fronts.

I highly recommend HD Roofing. There is not one thing I would have changed, and I thank God for guiding me to Hayden Cooper and HD Roofing and Repair.

Let me first start by saying I am a picky consumer. I work in the services industry, so I know good service from mediocre service from horrible service. HD Roofing is PHENOMINAL. I actually used another roofer (horrible roofing company) because their signs were everywhere. My neighbors have used HD for forever but I didn't find out about them until after my roof was done. I approached HD Roofing (Hayden) and asked if he could inspect my roof for me. He was super helpful and happy to inspect it. I told him my woes with my roofing company, and he just listened and was respectful. He was finding ways to help me out (all while realizing that I am not a customer this year!). I will definitely call HD next time I have an issue.

I have worked with both Don and his son Alex and they are great people. I would and I do highly recommend them when possible!
