I took my car into the service department last week. First time ever visiting this dealership for anything. Everyone in service was very helpful, quick to greet, and friendly. My car was ready sooner than expected and cleaner than when I left it. Ronnie, and Jimmy took great care of me and I will be back!

Our truck broke down 1.5 hours into a 17 hour trip back home, just a few miles out of Wichita Falls. We limped to Herb Easley service department first thing in the morning and we we’re immediately met by the service manager. Told him our predicament and he went right to work getting mechanics and the part from across town to help us get back on the road. It was a difficult part to replace but they were able to get it done by close of business and get us back on the road. We were so impressed. Most dealership service departments want to sit on it for a week before even starting the work. We appreciate everyone involved and the quick and quality service!

His willingness to do whatever I needed to make me feel good about a long distance purchase (I live 4 hours from the dealership), was why I was willing to drive that far to buy my truck. I used to love Herb Easley and go out of my way to buy from them, even driving "home" from CO to buy a vehicle. Whoever they have as the sales/finance manager (s) the last 3-4 years is absolutely insane. My family and I have tried to make 4 different deals with them in that time period and they are just throwing out absolutely ludicrous numbers. Payments and would equal almost $40k on a 15k used vehicle? Hell no.
We recently bought our twins a vehicle for high school from HE. They met us half way with the paperwork which was a huge help. Here’s the main reason for this post, that vehicle was unimaginably SPOTLESS! I’m a stickler for cleaning a vehicle but they surpassed that. Thank y’all.
