What a fun experience! I came in knowing absolutely nothing. I walked out with so much knowledge and excitement for the next class! Sierra was a FABULOUS instructor, so patient and knowledgeable for a newbie like me! Be prepared to be sore the next day - it’s an amazing workout!

OMG! I loved the vibe! I am so extra when it comes to parties and Stephanie just let me be. Extremely professional and on time (ever though I was all over the place) I loved it and will definitely return
