Willie is by far the best stylist I have ever had. So knowledgeable and he knew exactly what to do with my thick hair (medium/long). I call him a barber because this kind of exceptional customer care is what I would imagine at a barber shop; Very relaxed, no smelly chemicals and just what I was looking for.

Willy and Juliette both know exactly how to manage my crazy hair. I have this crispy, naturally-super-dry, pseudo-wavy hair that doesn’t cooperate and is frizzy 99% of the time. Well they know exactly what shape and style I can have that allows me to actually enjoy my hair. They also introduced me to hairstory which has changed my life (not kidding). Their COVID precautions are much appreciated and I love not having to share my space with other clients (hehe). One more thing, they are both super sweet and wonderful people I always enjoy my time spent with them.

Willie and Juliette are both fantastic! So many years of experience and such personal care. Especially right now this is the safest and coolest salon experience I can imagine!

You’d think you would know how to do a fade if you had your license. Probably the most basic hair request. My kids hair looked so botched i ended up having to shave it. Thanks Meagan for nothing! Don’t go here!

I went to Headquarters for the first time ever a few months ago. Juliette was so helpful and provided a highly informative consultation before cutting off over 8 inches of my hair. I know others have already mentioned this, but she washed my hair and gave me the most relaxing scalp massage using essential oils. It smelled amazing! When I asked what the scent was, Juliette explained that all the products she uses are made from natural ingredients without any perfumes or chemical additives. What I really appreciate about Headquarters is the privacy and individual attention provided. The salon is located in a remodeled airstream trailer meaning there is room for you and Juliette or Willie, and that's about it! The trailer is so cool! Juliette and Willie (the family who owns and runs Headquarters) remodeled it themselves. Both Juliette and Willie are really sweet people and have a lovely family! Plus they are both phenomenal hair stylists. They were recently nominated Best in SA!

Man o man, what a shop. This husband and wife team crush the salon game. My hair is “simple” but Will makes it look oh so good. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but it’s so worth it. The SUPER RAD airstream trailer that they work out of if located at this e-bike shop and beer market. You can have a cold beer on the patio from a HUGE selection of craft beer. There’s usually a food truck and a coffee truck open as well. Go by and see the trailer if you do nothing else. They’re Aveda trained as well. @hqmobilesalon is their insta. They have great pics on there.

Wonderful all around experience! I booked a shampoo and style, but the time and care I received was far and above. Lovely glass of wine while I waited, quaint and perfectly style interior, and excellent customer service. I left relaxed and with a well styled mane — exactly what I was going for.

For anyone who has a tender head or a painful scalp, this is the place! They actually listen and care about your experience not just the final product. Will never go anywhere else and will recommend to everyone I know!
