As of today, the Receptionist ate and laughed out loud with others while enrolling me. Asked for insurance and tell me the out of pocket would be “about $3,000 for the visit. ” More informative about my out of pocket and I will owe them then concern for patient health.
My daughter went there for a sore throat and vomiting. They let her vomit into a grocery bag without offering an emesis bag! That’s common sense healthcare. Then the provider felt it was acceptable to talk to my daughter while she was vomiting violently! After swabbing her for strep, they didn’t tell her the results or give her any aftercare notes. I had to take her to a different urgent care, she was properly tested for multiple illnesses and was diagnosed. Now we’ve paid 2 copay’s for the same thing! At least the medical assistant was nice and professional. I hope they read this review and consider changing their bedside manners at the least!

Plano location is doing a great job, the staff is so friendly, and Dr. Mahvish did great, listening and understanding my concerns, she is soft-spoken and caring so much.
Terrible experience. My daughter was seen there and the exam wasn't the least bit thorough. The doctor on call used a phone as a light to see in her throat, couldn't locate a tongue depressor, never listened to her lungs even though she had an awful cough. Ear drop antibiotics were prescribed but when we went to pick up, the doctor never specified how many drops or how often and so we had to wait at Walgreens pharmacy for more than an hour to hear back from this place before they could fill the script.i honestly don't know how this place stays in business.
