I wanted to make this known as I have had hundreds of clients go here and 99% of them reported a great experience (this is very rare in this industry). I continue to refer here knowing people find healing here and generally get a lot of help!
I was treated horribly at this facility. I can’t even imagine talking to my dog like I was spoken to during my stay. (techs, admin, and therapists) Beware of the manipulation from staff, especially administration. My time there has left me more broken than before I arrived The administration picks favorites so not all clients are treated equally. It’s unfortunate that staff was so unkind because I looked to them for help. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
