Staff was very helpful, application and approval was done in a timely fashion, overall a pleasant experience.

Ms. Williams worked on my case, and when I tell u she is the truth, I mean that. She is very professional. Went above and beyond getting my questions answered. The office overall was the best I've ever been to. This is my go to office now.

I am not an employee, I couldn't handle doing what these people do all day! Ms. Vicki was so kind and patient, we are so very thankful! Ms. Rosalinda at the front desk was equally as kind and helpful! They took great care of us and made sure all of our paperwork was in order. Thank you so much!

This office is quiet, small, and never busy. When u walk in there's a guard or someone at a help desk right by the door waiting to assist you. I mean getting qualified for state benefits is always a gamble and you never know if you'll get approved. I just say trust in God and he'll b sure to get you the help you need some how. They have non profit programs around town too who could help you as well. The foundation of life off 10900 northwest frwy help woman with babies needs by going to classes learning and talking. It's refreshing and they do provide counseling of any kind. Perfect place for ladies of all ages. Young and old who need help. Free pregnancy testing as well and they help you to apply for benefits. Absolutely awful over the phone! Had phone interview for food stamps, was promised during interview that if I went to office to bring ID that all i was missing that I would get emergency stamps that day, called back when I sent in ID. Representative on phone would not assist me and would not look up what was promised to me and had to fill out complaint was disapointed with lack of communication

I was very surprised and happy at the fact that the ladies here were very, very nice and helpful. Usually the people working for the Health and Human services are rude. So thank you for helping me with my questions and for being nice!

An supervisor named Mrs. Coleman was very helpful and understanding towards my situation, I wish this world had more people liker her.

The old lady who sits at the front desk is lazy, unprofessional, and hateful. The main phone number told me to come in for a snap card until the permanent one comes in and she got nasty and would not even let me past her desk and said that they don’t do that, which is false. I will be filing a complaint on her for unprofessional behavior

When a person is in need of assistance they don’t need to be treated like they are less than looked down upon and so far every time I’ve gone in here the people are basically nice the wait is never too long and it’s always clean so for a Govt office I think they’re doing pretty good

Bad service, only loosing time i don’t recommend it for any one.
Even one star more than enough to ratting them.the Employee he was a black big fat guy give me my papers and he said i am ok with it and is waiting for one more paper so i went back during the next day and i surprised when my papers still missing for some other papers and he didn’t mention that.
I arrived to them building in 8: 00 am and they called me in 9: 30 am.

I was just there and they were very helpful Ms Carrethers did my application and she was great.

This people think that because you are requesting benefits they can mistreat you! Who are you? Are you who's giving the benefits? Just called and they hung up the phone, saying its 4: 56p.m. Zero star

This place is joke.people there are very rude and have a "I don't give a F*** attitude. Would not recommend this place to save my life.

Bad service.employees always have the " I don't want to be here " or " I don't have time for you " attitude.
If theydon't want to work, I'll gladly take a position. I'm fluent in English and Spanish.

The only 3 people that don't have an attitude are the woman greeter and male security guard, and the black male behind the window. All other women have the "what the hell do you want now? Look on their face.

ZERO stars! I'm pretty sure whoever writes the good reviews on this site are the employees. God forbid you call these people and ask them a question that requires them to do their job and use a portion of their brain.

I was not looking forward to going in the office to pick up a food stamp card. However I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and helpful the staff was! I got my card in 20 minutes and was out the door! Keep up the good work!
