I am a Mother of 3 under the age of 6 and went in today to get a status update on my application only to get told the reason why my application is taking forever is due to Covid19 and my thing is this: why are we getting interruption in services to Snap-food benefits. If Covid19 is still at large; why are we being cut off? We received letters claiming we wouldn't be cut and the website it self states we wouldn't be cut services without interrupted services but have been.

I went to ask for help with my parent’s spousal impoverishment and the supervisor was very helpful and friendly. She resolved the issue. Thank you.

Can never get in touch with no one. On hold for hours. I was given a number for luz Sierra not a working number.

This particular office is one of the most people friendly offices I've ever been to of course at this time the covid has changed the routine there but in the past they were very friendly helpful and I left there grateful for the help to fill out government papers I hope that when they open again they will be the same as before there to serve the community with a smile

Honestly I have dealt with so many rude people from here and when the pandemic barely began they had told us not to renew even recieved notice not to renew and then was told I didnt renew on time and when I did renew because they refused to let me do a new application waited almost 2 months for a response this time when they sent me the renewal I did it the day I got it i hadn't started working yet but put my employment info and the date when i started sent it in and was like since there is no info to submit at this time I'll submit it after my second check so i can send both check stubs together the message me 6 days after the end my renewal to tell me that I needed to turn in the checkstubs and my husbands last check I sent all 3 in I woke this morning to a note saying if I didnt turn in my forms by the 15th that I would be denied I give up I have always give all the information they ask sometimes even more and they have made it impossible to get this done in a timely fashion I know they are busy and in a pandemic but how are we supposed to survive. Honestly I have never had negative things to say about this program but in the mixed of a pandemic. I can not wait till I graduate from school so I no longer NEED this assistance. They aren't interested in helping people.

They legit do not help with anything. I tried finding help through them to see if they could get a hold of the health and human services and legit said i cannot do anything! I'd rate them a zero if i could
