HealthCARE Express - Atlanta, TX reviews
9First off, I would like to say how clean and nice everything was. I had called and spoke with Nikki several times before I actually decided to come in. She was so nice and polite and assured me that I would be taken care of. I had tested positive for Covid previously and no one else would see me. NO ONE! Every other place I called told me to go to the ER. I knew something was wrong and I needed to be seen. I did have a little bit of a wait which is understandable during these times. Marcus was my nurse and he kept me smiling! He kept apologizing for my wait. When I finally got to see Dr. Rachael I knew I was where I was supposed to be. She is the most amazing Doctor of all times. She is so kind and assured me I did the right thing by coming in. She told me I had pneumonia and if I would have waited much longer I would have been in the hospital. I hope if the owners see this they know how lucky they are. The staff there is nothing short of AMAZING. Healthcare Express should be proud!
I have visited another HCE location and didn't expect anything other than standard procedure. However. I was pleasantly surprised at how patient and helpful the staff was. They were extremely kind to both myself and my granddaughter and I appreciate the above and beyond service I received. I would recommend this location to others.
I went into to get a covid test which was negative thank god but the staff there were amazing it went quickly and the doctor was great. I couldn’t have been more pleased I would recommend this place to everyone.
All providers and nurses we have seen here have been super nice, and visits were quick - very little waiting. Definitely recommend!
Ridiculous wait time. Sat there for 3 hours when there were only 4 people ahead of me. All the employees were in the back most of the time eating pizza with their kids instead of working. Will never waste my time there again. I'll take the extra time to drive somewhere else.
Professional, courteous staff. I was seen in a timely manner. Satisfied customer. My needs were addressed and met.
Absolutely LOVE healthcare express, the service is excellent! The front desk is courteous and waiting room is beautiful! The nurses are great and always have a smile! The provider was knowledgeable and made a thorough assessment. If you are looking for a quick visit with excellent service Healthcare express is the place to be! Love that they are open 8am-8pm 7 days a week!
Dr. Lincoln and all the staff were great. So glad I went in to see them. They will be my "go to clinic" for everything.
Well against my better judgement I went back horrible service last time. I needed a prescription to carry over for two months until my new insurance kicked in. True to form they only gave me a month wanting me to come back in for another 100 dollars. Also since they erased my last review they charge 100 for an office visit unless you have insurance then they charge lots more so be careful if you go there and your insurance doesn't cover it like me for smoking cessation. Then they charge you what they would charge the insurance company. Nothing but a shakedown operation. I will code out before I go back
