Healthlink Physical Therapy - New Braunfels

Bryan and the rest of the therapists over at Health link New Braunfels are great. They are friendly compassionate and I've made a tremendous amount of progress because of their expertise.

I've been in Physical Therapy several times and I know this is the best place I went. Very professional, and make you feel like family. Ashley is my therapist and she's great, really knows her profession. She is mentoring a student name Zack and he is also great.
You won't meet a better group of people who can get you back where you need to be.

Total Knee Replacement (TNR) Physical Therapy (PT) with the Magnificent Ashley, Brian, Lulu and Sabrinaaaaa! I was blessed to have PT at this facility. The equipment, plus staff and the PT strategies that they used to get my knee stronger and more mobile, equals one MORE THAN SATISFIED AND GRATEFUL CLIENT (That's me y'all! The atmosphere was awesome! I loved that they also provide a wonderful music selection, and they let me sing songs through my PT sessions. Their staff is a group I would definitely love to do karaoke with. Trust me, the PT was not for the faint of heart because it was a bit rough for me, and I had to be willing to put the work in on my own as well as in session. BUT, with their knowledge, skills, PT plans, attentiveness and encouragement, I think back daily on how far I have come from having my TNR in March 2023, beginning out patient PT at Healthlink PT after doing in-house PT with another company at the end of April 2023 and graduating from PT on 07/18/2023 (Hallelujah) makes me so thankful to God from placing Healthlink PT in my path. My favorite part of PT was the aqua therapy in the therapy pool. I had a blast! I would recommend anyone needing PT to acquire the services of Healthlink PT-New Braunfels. And last but not least, a big THANK YOU to Nancy for helping me schedule appointments, working with me when I needed to reschedule or cancel, for explaining charges when I had questions, and always greeting me with a smile and welcoming attitude. The staff were very professional and courteous. It was easy to make and change appointments. Sabrina was supportive and caring from the first visit until my "graduation. " She had a program and we followed it to a very successful conclusion. My knee replacement therapy progressed very quickly. My orthopedic surgeon was pleased with my progress during check ups.

Bryan oversees the facility and it runs on time and on target. I never had to wait for a therapist and the sessions concluded on time. He worked with me several times and was always knowledgable of the exercises on which Sabrina and I had been working.

I fell and broke my left knee cap right before we moved to New Braunfels. I blindly selected Healthlink and it was the best decision I made for my physical therapy. All of the therapists were knowledgeable and caring. I hope I never need physical therapy again but if I do I would choose them again.

This was excellent physics. Therapy. I wish there we more than five stars, every therapist I worked with excellent. They worked me hard and kept me improving constantly. They were helpful and answered any question I had, I worked with Brian, Alicia, holly, and Ashly, if I forgot any one I apologize as they were all very professional! I actually looked for ward to my therapy sessions!
