Always so caring and attentive to my dads needs and antibiotics are delievered quick and efficiently. Tammy always takes care of us and always on the go! Thank you Definitely recommend!

Staff at the 3500 number are very rude and disrespectful. Was supposed to be scheduled for a picc line removal but I was never contacted to schedule an appointment. I called several times without a single call back. I finally got through and spoke to Debra who must not like her job because she was very rude. Found out some information from her that was contradicted by her boss Marley. I did get apologies for things that didn’t matter or have anything to do with my like the nurse who is supposed to call has a full time job. I was offered an invitation to travel 50 min to get it removed even though they’re contracted and payed for in home care. I was also told that I was aggressive my guess would be that I don’t except lame excuse’s for poor service. I am a patient through the VA and i will recommend that no one use this company especially a veteran through VA because it seems to me they know things move slow through the VA system and it would take longer to switch then to finish with them. Thanks Debra and Marley for educating me about how your company conducts itself. If you make a mistake then make excuses, give contradictory information, then blame the patient his how they roll.

Love the caring service we got for my mom she is 92 and they took very good care of us out of the box service all the way Felt like we got special treatment caring and concerned great communication I can’t thank you enough!

After a lengthy hospital stay, my Mom was being discharged to either skilled nursing or at home IV therapy. Initially, we opted for skilled nursing which was a big mistake. I then reached out to James at HeallthQuest who helped guide us for at home infusions. Our experience with James was superb. He was understanding, had a sense of urgency and was extremely knowledgable during a very stressful time. He made himself available to answer questions in a timely manner, communicated with the doctor and had the medications delivered quickly. We highly recommend HealthQuest and felt extremely blessed to work with such a competent company.

Very professional company that goes beyond to take care of their patients! James goes the extra mile to ensure patients have everything needed for infusions at home. My assigned nurse, Beatrice, did the same as well. If home health care is ever needed again I would definitely use Healthquest Infusion & Specialty.

I was in the need of home health infusion so I could be home with my family instead of being in the hospital another two weeks of needed antibiotics.
I was given several choices to pick from. So I’m one to look at reviews and see how well things have worked for others. I was impressed with the reviews. So I let the caseworker know. She had to work with my insurance as all caseworkers do. She got me approved but had an issue with a nurse coming where I lived. I had spoken with James and the pharmacy and everything was in line for me to go home except a nurse. I explained I’m a nurse and felt quite capable of doing it after the teaching video James had sent me. Until one was found. Of course caseworker had to get approval from the doctor and she did after James with HealthQuest offered to come out his self the next day when my IV therapy was due if I had any problems. Which I didn’t the products was very simple along with instructions. I have to say way to go James! He went out of his way to make it happen to go home safely. I was very impressed with him and HealthQuest. I’m thankful for the others that took time to put the reviews so it made my Decision easier.

HealthQuest provides great infusion services and great customer service. As a Case Manager, I have found them to be very quick and responsive to my requests and needs. They always try to help the customer in anyway possible whether is be adjusting the cost to help with expenses or adjusting schedules in any way. Representative Pete Iliski is also always helpful and accommodating in any way possible, even if he is away on vacation, he will still answer his phone.
I would highly recommend HealthQuest Infusion & Specialty Pharmacy to anyone in need of any type of Infusion or specialty pharmacy needs.

They work really well by getting all the medicines on time for my mom’s treatment- they keep an open communication with us via phone- always willing to answer any questions. I also received training in their facility and nurse Marlee and her staff were extremely helpful and nice. Last but not least, Mr. James Reeves was guiding us from the beginning to the end, always taking our requests and giving us quick answers- a very helpful, nice and organized team. Thanks for making this difficult experience so easy for us. They are there for you, no doubts.

Fantastic company! Great instructions, videos on what to do. Great follow up with James Reeves Clinical Account Executive from inpatient to my home. He always answered my calls. Home health care nurses are great too. All the staff so willing to answer questions, and help.
