Awesome staff and great access to appointments and medication refills. Their App makes the doctor just a text away. So easy to make an appointment or see lab results. Ten stars!

Outstanding patient service. My son tested positive for covid and my wife and I needed to get in to get a covid test for ourselves. Victoria Cruz helped us get in, get a televisit and an appointment to visit our family doctor, Dr. Urteagas, Highlands clinic. Ms. Cruz does not work at this location but she went above and beyond to take great care of us. We got our pcr test in the comfort of our vehicle and now we wait for results. We are grateful and feel very fortunate that Ms. Cruz was there to help us. Thank you for your amazing staff.

This is the worst group I have experienced. The building is nice and clean but their knowledge in geriatric is the the worst. I landed in the hospital because of their incompetence and their referrals to specialist is certainly not up to par. I strongly discourage anyone to join this group.

It’s unfortunate that I had to switch locations due to the unprofessionalism & passive aggressiveness I had received my last two visits from PA Hetler, I ended up speaking to Corporate about the situation, they apologized but I still wouldn’t go back to that location again.

The staff was very friendly and my first and only visit went well. I was asked for a test sample which I provided at the time and went home knowing that it was going to be a few days before I heard anything back. I went to the pharmacy which they helped me pick to get my prescriptions and only 2 of the 7 scrips had be received by the pharmacist. I waited an additional week went to the pharmacy again and still no prescriptions. I phoned the Dr’s office to inquire about what was going on and I was told that I had not provided the sample they asked for which I stated clearly that I had. They phoned me back an hour later saying it was not possible for me to have given them the sample which I again stated I had. They called me back to say that they had the sample but needed a special one and I had to do it again. Which I told them the only reason I was requested to provide one in the first place was because it needed to be the “special” for the meds the Dr has prescribed. At that point the support staff finally fessed up and told me that they had lost my sample and needed me to come in again.
After 2 1/2 weeks of running me around about the truth I told them that I would not be returning and please cancel my next appointment, too that I only got sorry and a hang up. Today I receive an email reminding me of my next appoint which should have been already cancelled. I called and cancelled again and was asked if I want to reschedule and I explained why I would not and will not be coming back and this time I only got a hang up.
The Dr was fine but I would not trust this support staff with my health care needs and most certainly not if it was a very serious issue.
It’s sad I’m a Canadian and am not use to the for profit health care system and after paying good money to see a doctor this is the worst experience I have ever in over 50 years.
