The entire staff is simply outstanding and friendly and caring about the patients. You're welcomed as you enter at the front door. The doctors are very through and take time to listen and explain your health issues. They also are sure you get all the help you need to improve your health. I highly recommend HTMG.

Dr. Andrine Grant is an amazing doctor, she doesn't just treat the illness she also treats the person. She's very understanding and genuinely cares about you.

My primary physician retired after 25 years of me seeing her, I’m so greatful a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Lott… I appreciate finding such a nice staff, great nurses and doctors at this Health Texas primary location. NFP Lott and Dr. Grant are very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. What a great way to end a Year and an even better way to start the New Year!

The San Pedro staff always have a smile on their face and ready to check you in or assist with whatever question you may have. Dr Ramos is my PCP and he is never in a rush when he steps in to see you to discuss your health issues and review your lab results. Roxanne, clinic manager is also ready to step in as needed to ensure the patient has the best experience at the clinic and will step in as needed to support her staff. I experienced this first hand as she was the one actually running the lab when the phlebotomist called in sick on my lab appointment. By the way she hasn’t lost her touch

The staff is very courteous, polite and funny, and the facility. It’s very clean will recommend to anybody to come to the health, Texas on San Pedro St.

It’s been really an honor and a pleasure to be a patient at Health Texas, from the front desk to the nurses staff and especially the doctors. After seeing my pcp for over 45 years, he retired. I took to the internet to find a dr who was close by and I found Dr. Grant and all I can say is I absolutely LOVE her. She and the entire staff here are friendly and helpful. I also have my mom and my son seeing Dr. Grant. I recently had tested positive for Covid and sent an email to the office and I got a phone call by 10am telling me Dr. Grant would be calling me in 5 minutes for a video appointment. Can’t ask for better service. I am so glad I found Dr. Grant and the entire staff at Health Texas

We here from Colorado helping out militarily family. My 89 year mom need to get INR and foot problem checked. Everyone was very commentating and very nice. Got her in fast, very impressed with the staff and facility.

I have been coming to see Dr. Ramos for about two years since I moved back to Texas. He is an excellent doctor who takes his time to get to know his patients and their needs. The nurses, nurse practitioners and all support staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend them.

I told them I'm sick and just need a prescription for help and was told to go to urgent care. No other assistance, care or explanation. They really need to shut this practice down.

I had made an appt in September as a new patient, but unfortunately the earliest appt was for March but I would still call here and there to ask if there was anything earlier. Then this past Wednesday I received the best phone call ever from Katherine at this clinic with news that I could be seen that same day or the next morning. They gave me the option to be seen by Matthew who works under Dr. Steven Ramos. I was extremely happy and I thanked Katherine over and over for calling to update me on the open availability.
The office looks brand new, is extremely clean and everyone from the front desk to the nurses/assistants/MA's/etc were so friendly and attentive. I arrived about 5-10 minutes early to my appt and was seen right way. Matthew (birthday twin!) took really great care of me and attentively listened to my concerns. The nurse (I forget her name) administered my flu shot and was so professional and kind. I am so grateful to this location and staff and for finally finding a great PCP. Thank you!
