Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries reviews
12Best Goodwill I have been to in Waco! Employees seem to take pride in their store. Everything was neat and well organized! Employee who helped me tonight was very kind, polite and willing to help.
Of all the Goodwill stores in Waco, this one is the best one! Always clean, neat and organized! And the employees are always very helpful and informative.
Definitely not true to their hours. Closes way earlier then it said online and on their front door.
This place has become way to “retail-ish”. I’ve gone here multiple times only to find that some of their prices are HIGHER than what I would pay for something BRAND NEW! Good-will used to be an affordable place where you could purchase second hand items for discounted prices.which I never minded. Example: I went in an found a cheap particle board desk; price. $25! They have the exact same one at Walmart brand new for $23.97. I don’t know how they figure out their prices. Good ol’ “we gotta make a big buck off someone” smh ️
Goodwill are no longer as they used to be there trying to become commercial have an almost brand new stuff is no longer the same anymore you go to shop there and everything so expensive just like a regular store
They have all new items. Only used clothes. No household donations.boring.if I wanted new knickknacks I'd go to dollar general.
Store was dirty and things on the floor in every isle it was 10 am as bad as I've seen this store
I love this location because being close to Baylor Campus, the quality of the ladies clothing is nice. The prices are super affordable and employees are friendly and courteous.
Lots of clothes to choose from I guess because they so close to baylor. Low prices and lot of house decor and helping customer services.
Big store with good prices. I would say any poor college kids that need clothes should stop here first.
Texas has some pretty good Goodwill stores. This one had a lot of interesting items and good sales. Both of my nieces enjoyed the jewelry selection.
