I cannot say enough about how life changing Dr. Jacobs and Heart and Vitality are to me. I have been a HRT patient for a little over a year now, and since then my energy level is up, blood pressure, stress and weight are down. I don't feel tired.anymore. I know Dr Jacob for over 5 years now. Excellent Cardiologist and his clinical staff are friendly and know exactly what they’re doing. I am personally doing the hormone therapy replacement and I can tell you is one of the best treatments that I, YOU and anyone that needs it MUST have it! Dr Jacob take his time to explain the best treatment for you. I have sent several patients to his clinic and they are 100% satisfied with his care. I highly recommend Dr Jacob and Debbie his (NP)
