They are always amazing! I’m from Huntsville but now live out of state & my family is still there and I use them frequently. I really appreciate them doing same day delivery on last minute orders! A lot of times I tell them how much I want to spend and to use their best judgment for the arrangement and my mom has never been disappointed!

My order wasn't important to them. They had several days to make sure they had African violets for my order. They call me the day of delivery to say they weren't going to have them. I will never use them them again. The substitute was very inferior

Online ordering is extremely simple. Deliveries are always on time, customer service over the phone is helpful. I have ordered multiple deliveries and have been satisfied each time. Would recommend.

I’m so disappointed with the service, I was trying to deliver a gift to a friend I appreciate so much there in Huntsville and Cindy the lady who answered the phone very rudely said that even though they offered delivery service it’s not gonna happen because I don’t live in the area and hung up my on me. Definitely not the first impression you wanna give to a customer.

All personnel at Heartfield are just that-a "field of heart ", and always so accommodating, available, kind, competent, and caring!

Great selection of flowers compared to other florists in area, but if you want VDay delivery before 5PM I guess you have to order in Jan. Ordered flowers on 2/9 for 2/14 delivery and had to call twice to find out WTH the delivery would show up. If HF has too many deliveries, hire more drivers for the day. Seems pointless to order flowers for VDay only to have them show up the evening of.

Wonderful experience! They helped me out with a last minute delivery order. The bouquet was beautiful, and our grandmother loved it. Everything was so efficient, great communication, and they were so friendly!

Wonderful experience. Ordered over the phone. The lady was very kind and did not rush me. I received an email confirmation of order, receipt, and when the bouquet was delivered. The roses were exactly as I had hoped for and they were delivered on time to the recipient. Thank you!

I wanted a flower arrangement to send my wife for our anniversary. I asked for specific details and they came through. The delivery time was right on time to my wife's job and the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be back next year

I highly recommend this florist. I contacted them by phone to purchase an arrangement for a friend's funeral. The lady was very nice & took her time to help me. I ordered a $40 flower bouquet and I was very excited. I went over what the arrangement would look like, how big it would be, and how the flowers would look (they were promised to look like the picture on the website).

When I picked my arrangement up I was taken aback, it looks like $20 flowers at best. You could only see flowers on one side of the vase and on the other side was sparse greenery. I asked them to make it look symmetrical like the photo and they told me I should have read the website better because their website is deceptive. A WORKER told me that THEIR WEBSITE was deceptive.

It was a poor experience, these flowers were not worth $40. I will not be coming back.

So thrilled that this local florist was able to deliver flowers the next day for my MIL’s birthday! They were a beautiful arrangement and she was blown away. Grateful to have them to reach out to, and so appreciative of the care they took to make her big day special!

Disappointed. The vase my grandmother received in these flowers is maybe 6" tall. I do not feel like I got a premium bouquet. Do not recommend this place.
