My husband and I both go to Dr. Duncan and we really like him. We feel as though we are in good hands. He has a very pleasant demeanor and never rushes through our appointments. He answers all our questions in terms we can understand. We would definitely recommend Dr. Duncan.

The staff at Heartplace are both professional and caring. I feel very comfortable and feel I am in good hands with both the office and nursing staff. Dr Nair takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain my treatment plan and progress. A great experience.

Everything about this place is exceptional. Great, friendly staff, they make everything so streamlined and efficient. Dr. Patel is, without a doubt, the best doctor anyone could expect. He is extremely knowledgeable, shows genuine concern for his patients and will cover everything possible with you, as well as following up with his notes. He is easy to talk to and is very thorough, and follows-up with you after the appointment. Highly recommend HeartPlace Plano!

Dr Duncan was very professional & friendly. He even said he appreciated my list of health history, prescriptions & OTC supplements lists I included with my initial paperwork. He had a lot of questions that I really appreciated him asking, it made me feel like he cared.

Always enjoy visiting Heart Place Plano. The staff are so sweet and caring and I love Dr. Nair. He is professional, patient and caring about my concerns and answers all my questions. I feel very comfortable when I visit and I know they have my best interests at heart.

Dr Patel is a light in the dark abyss of physicians who don't take the time to explain what are talking about, Explains well Answers questions clearly.
Our time together was well spent for me since I am a relatively new patient. His patience with this old lady was highly commendable. He will be highly recommended by me when friends need a cardiologist. I am thankful that I found him.

Dr Abrol and staff are wonderful. I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes for the followup appointments for my pacemaker/defibrillator. Both physician and staff are kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I highly recommend them

I would give less than one star if I could. My doctor is fine, I have no issues with him per say. But the office staff, the worst in the business. You can never get anyone there to answer the phone, just a message indicating it could be up to 48 hours before they might return your call. I even tried sending message to their staff and my doctor, and nothing, no response to anything. Yes it is not a medical emergency, but still, is customer service a joke to them, apparently so.

Over the last 13 years I have seen 3 different cardiologists at Heartplace Plano. All have been extremely knowledgeable, spent as much time as it took to explain test results and were genuinely concerned about my health. The staff has always been courteous and very good handling any questions or concerns with scheduling or billing. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing a cardiologist.

Dr. Krock is great, attentive to detail, and is more than willing to answer any questions that you have. He shoots you straight and tells you what you need to do.

The staff a Heart Place, and Dr. Krock's staff specifically, is top notch and are there to help with anything that you need. They do everything they can to help you through the complex navigation of follow-ups, insurance, payments, referrals, and everything else that comes along with any cardio issues.

I will, and have, recommended Dr. Krock and Heart Place Plano for anyone that wants a partner in understanding and treating your cardiovascular needs.

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about this hospital and the staff. I HAD to go there there for heart surgury. Not something anyone wants to do anywhere! However if u do have to have this type surgury
DON't go anywhere else!
Most hospitals are loud & have no respect for the patients.
This hospital is more like a hospital spa. Big private rooms. Its quite, and staff is so respectful, it's unreal. They will do whatever to help.
Regretfully I do have experience at OTHER hospitals.
I would tell anyone go here U won't retreat it.

Horrible place. Do not recommend. They tell you they accept your insurance multiple times and verify it at the appointment then a bill shows up for 400 dollars 3 weeks later. Then when you try to call to get it cleared up they forward you to voicemail.

No doubt, Dr. Krock knows his stuff. But, I felt so small sitting in the room with him. I immediately went on guard and was not at ease when answering/asking questions. He let my concerns go over his head and just focused on the tests. This is not the doctor for you if you want compassion.

I tried to use this cardiologist group because it was close to my house but it didn't work out. People in the front were nice and paperwork was ok but the doctor who saw me promised to help and started to change my medications. He prescribed a medicine that I listed I was allergic to. I called and left a message but the front desk told me they would ask him to switch the medication, very nice lady. The doctor, unfortunately, prescribed a medicine that is not covered by my insurance and I could not afford it. I ended up going to my old cardiologist and she straightened everything out.
