I stood at the window for about 5 minutes with no one to answer. Someone finally came and then they couldn’t see me because I was 15 min late.

What a horrible experience I had today with an appointment clerk, her name was Sunny and she was everything but that! I will be scheduling my appointments in Allen from now on, although I live in Dallas it will be worth the drive to not be around such terrible customer service.

I needed to have a cardiologist give approval for surgery scheduled for September, 2019. My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Leena Sharan with the Heart Place located inside of Texas Health Presbyterian Plano. Dr. Sharan is personable, caring, compassionate and answers any questions that you may have. Dr. Sharan's staff, Preethy, Alexis, Summer, Kendra and Sunny are personable, organized and a pleasure to work with. I have now found yet another fabulous doctor and I am thrilled!

Excellent experience! Was in and out quickly. Dr. Choudhry covered everything and was very pleasant and professional. Parking is awful and make sure you get the right elevators.

Called for a same day appointment and they were very accommodating unlike many other places I called. Preethy and Dr. Sharan were so nice and took time to listen to my concerns and explain everything to me in detail. I felt much better the next day and have follow up care scheduled with them. I am very fortunate to have found them and feel very confident in their care for the future.

I can honestly say that Dr. Duncan is a great provider. He's called me personally sometimes. He answers all my questions when I come in and I don't wait very long at the office.

Beware while dealing with this office. I was charged for multiple things services & slapped me with a $500+ bill. I have a High deductible plan and I specifically asked what services were being performed & what was billable so I know in advance estimated charges. They charged me for a Heart monitor & did not explain or disclose that it was a billable services and that there would be charge associated for that, else I would have declined. I am now referring this case to my attorney & will take this office to court for deception, Inaccurate information and potential fraud.

Being a young man in need of a cardiologist is a scary thing. Dr. Sharan and her staff has made this process as conformable as possible. She seen me daily in the hospital and has been accessible for appointments after being released from the hospital. I am glad to have Dr. Sharan as part of my team of doctors. She works well and communicate with my other specialist and they were able to come up with treatment options that works. She is a great doctor and I will continue to see her as needed

More worried about collecting money than helping a patient. This business is not about healing or helping, but selling tests, and not giving test results.

After 2 1/2 months after the battery of tests, and repeated requests for test results, I still not heard back from anyone who can explain the tests and what is wrong with my heart.

I have been experiencing arrhythmias; what I thought were PVC's, and a couple bouts of atrial fibrillation. I went in for the initial consultation, and they ordered a stress test and a halter monitor. During the stress test, the administrator talked almost non-stop about people he knows, and I was worried that he wasn't paying attention to the test. When I dropped off the halter monitor, they said I'd be hearing back about the results. I never did hear back, so I called and was told by whoever answered the phone that they thought everything was ok, but they'd check and call me back. I never heard back, so I called again a couple weeks later, and got the same run around, but was told I had a couple PVCs during the stress test, but they had to check the halter monitor, and they'd get back in contact. Never heard back, so I called a couple weeks later. They said they'd have someone call me back. Never heard back, called again and was told I had some premature Atrial Contractions, and that they would try to have the doctor call me, or they'd set an appointment. As of today, I have still not heard back. I have no idea what is going on with my heart, and I hear from the bill collectors every other day trying to collect on a bill.
