Hebron Trails, Carrollton TX

Awesome office staff. In my research Hebron Trails is one of the best residential communities in the area Yolanda has been very helpful in the application process. Her and Kim seem to work very well together.

I've been a resident here almost three years and in that time I have experienced issues with my apartment, things happen, but each time Kim and Yolanda have been right there. They've called or come by to look at this issue in person. Then they figured out how to get things resolved. They walk the property often to ensure that things are in order. Living somewhere nice is great but being able to contact your leasing staff when you have an issue provides a sense of comfort. And to be honest that is very hard to come by.

I called Yolanda on Monday in regards to looking for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, she was very informative. I met with her the following day and applied. She was kind and very helpful.

Kim is very nice and so helpful everytime I come to the office, good customer service and always has a smile on her face. The whole team at Hebron Trails are awesome. Keep it up guys. You're all doing a wonderful job.

The new management team they have now at Hebron trails Yolanda, Kim and Pete they're all wonderful people, you go in the office they get your stuff done, you put in a maintenance request pete gets it done, he also come and double check i give them five stars because they are on top of it. Yolanda is the manager and she will explain everything you need to know and Kim is the assistant and she do a good job with everything. I like this crew, Period enough said. ️️️️️

I moved to Hebron Trails a week ago and I am happy with my decision. Kim and Yolanda were great help they made me feel welcome. Kim was very patient when it came down to explaining everything to me. I appreciate how kind and helpful she is.

I had a very nice conversation with Yolanda this morning about the possibility of an apartment for my daughter. She doesn’t need the apartment until December but Yolanda gave a lot of helpful information about getting on a waiting list for the particular floor plan my daughter is interested in. I read many favorable reviews about Yolanda and I can say they are all true! Thank you!

I moved in a couple weeks ago and it’s been nice. The property itself is very quite and comfortable. Kimberly at the office went above and beyond helping me get into these apartments. She is great!
