Hector's Tire Shop, San Antonio TX

Back in the day it was the "Blue Ice House" and while I have never met Hector, I've been getting tire work and tires here for, oh hell 40 years. Is that possible?

Had a flat tire. They were very busy, but was told give me a few minutes. Sure enough. In and out in about 30 minutes. Fast and friendly service. Didn't get his name but he was an awesome young man.

Always fast and great service. I'm usually in and out really quick. They do have CC options available.

Need to be care when you go here. They always seem to find a nail in your tire, no matter what you take your Car there for. Go to change a tire, they’ll find a nail, go for tire rotation, they’ll find a nail, ask to have air checked they find a nail. Doesn’t matter they’ll find a nail. Found a new tire shop, my nail problem ended, amazing how that works.

Quick, trust worthy staff, inexpensive and reliable. Our go to spot if we ever have flat or tire problems.

Very good, respectful, fair priced, and good service tire shop. However, when I ask about a different service a different technician who had someone translate tried to tell me what I wanted will not work, and I need (unnecessary) work. I replied I had that work done already. Their final response was it needs to be done because he has to take it apart. Typical shady, dubious sales tactics.

There are only a few local tire shops that I can confidently vouch for, and Hector's is one of them. They are fast, honest, and definitely know what they are doing. Of course, all I needed was just a tire patch up job, but you won't find anyone rise that charges affordable rates and do the job just as fast.

I recommend Hector's to any one in San Antonio!

Hector's tire shop. Very Busy, but courteous. Bought used 4 tires, last week and I had a new 22" tire replaced. It was caused a local private road behind the remodeled McDonald's close by. Thanks guys.

Great service and Economical prices. They sold me the wrong part at Autzone and they even went out of the way to get the right part. Thanks! I’ll be going back and recommend them for brake job.

Been going here for years. Get my tires repaired and light mechanical work. Never had an issue with them.

Good mechanic just take the part your car need and they put it in the car (fix it for great price)

I always go here for quick things like oil changes or an emergency used tire. Also had some suspension work done a while back and everything is still going strong.

Guy's were very good at changing my tires and fast great deals on tires and getting your truck and car align

Quick and courteous. The fix-a-flat price has yet to be the same twice (for the same vehicle), but it's always under $10 which is still a decent deal. They'll have you patched and back on the road in no time!

I give them 5-Stars because I've taken LONG round-trip road trips (New Mexico, California) on both a patched tire and on their used tires, and each time I've made it home safely. Also, being in real estate and driving through construction sites often, nails are often puncturing my tires. Thanks to Hector's I can get back to work in 30 minutes or less (usually)!

Cheap, fast and everyone there is generally awesome. They're super sweet and help you with a plethora of things, from changing your tires to changing your oil.
