I went I. About some concerning spots on my skin for a skin check. I was treated with respect and educated on skin concerns. Most importantly they found no issues.

I always receive timely, high quality care. The clinicians are compassionate with a great bedside manner. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a doctors office.

Francis is wonderful! She is thorough, personable and always happy to go over anything with me. Heights Dermatology always has me in and out so it is never a big disruption to my day when I have an appointment. Their scheduling is great!

My experiences to-date spans two different locations, Rosenberg and Lake Jackson. I have found the staff at both location to be very dedicated, knowledgeable and professional. As a patient I have been treated with the utmost respect and received an abundance of TLC. They make me feel at ease and reassured by their sunny dispositions and ever present smiles. I would highly recommend Heights Dermatology to anyone seeking top notch Dermatological Services in a reassuring atmosphere.

AWFUL experience from checking in to checkout. Office girls rude and gossiping for 30 minutes while I waited. Their conversation appeared more important than patients. Frances did nothing but look at my nose and told me "there is nothing I can do for spot you'll need a plastic surgeon", I can do a biopsy but it looks normal". Never looked at arms, legs, back, face sides, etc. I asked how's the rest of my skin? Keep in mind I'm 57 years old and a sun bunny. She says "your fine". Not looking at specific spots my primary requested. Then checkout was a joke. Girls still gossiping. Front Girls states we need to verify your insurance for followup biopsy. Again, I had already told Frances I was not interested in biopsy. BEWARE

Always have a great visit with Dr Frances! She is so kind and my skin has improved so much since seeing her!
