Heimer KinderCare, San Antonio TX

My child attended the Y early learning
Center downtown but they closed due to new housing developments. When we transferred over to another Early learning center, I saw that my daughter was never happy. They never welcomed my daughter and she never wanted to stay. I felt like she was not developing very well with those teachers.

Then we found The Heimer Kindercare. We were so nervous in putting her in another daycare, but it was the best decision ever! My daughter LOVES coming every day. She is ALWAYS happy when I drop her off and when I pick her up. She even throws herself at them (lol). They communicate very well by sending updates about her day! Oh and pictures too!

I love love love these fair maidens! They’re amazing, caring, fun and truly love my baby girl so much. I’m truly going to be sad when my daughter has to go to Kindergarten. If you’re looking for a place to bring your little this is it!

Absolutely love the staff here. I don’t have to worry about my son since I know he is in great hands.

Our son has been going to Heimer KinderCare for a year now, and we have had nothing but an excellent experience. Katie and her team are always so friendly and professional, and my son always comes home happy. I really appreciate that they focus on educating while making sure the kids have fun. The holiday events and special dress up days make the experience of having a child at daycare much more fun than I expected. Safety and cleanliness were very important to us when we were seeking a daycare for our son, and from our first visit, we could tell that Katie and her staff consider safety and cleanliness a major priority. We’re glad knowing our son is safe and happy there. We tried a few other daycares before locating Heimer KinderCare, and there’s honestly no comparison.

I love this place! My son has been attending for over 2 years now and he loves it. The teachers are so loving and caring ️. The director, Katie is absolutely amazing. She always goes above and beyond to give you that peace of mind.

Being a first time mom and having to leave my baby at daycare was so scary. You always here bad stories and ppl say why don’t you get families help. Well we don’t have family near by and I have to work. I’m glad I found Heimer KinderCare! I love the teachers, I can tell they really try! No one will meet your child’s needs the way you do so as long as you don’t have that expectation you and your child will be ok! I love their app, if I have questions they respond right away. They also send me pictures of my baby and what they are doing that day. It’s given me peace of mind and I’m grateful for each and every one of them that have a hand in helping me with my baby.

My son and I have had and continue to have a truly wonderful experience with Heimer Kinder Care. Katie and Ms. Lovely provide fantastic communication with me about my son and his advances or problems. He is continuing to make leaps and bounds forward from where he was at our previous day care. Kinder Care is much more education based and prepares the kiddos for school. I am so pleased with everyone here.

I’ve tried other daycares in NE San Antonio & I’m very happy with the program at the Heimer Kindercare. They have the curriculum that you would expect from Kindercare, but it’s the teachers that make the difference & really create the structure we need. And this site is so well managed by Ms Katie during the Covid risk! Brytnee & Stacey are so energetic & I credit them with kindergarten readiness for my challenging kiddos. My 5 year old just started Kindergarten & he is passing assessments with ease. They gave my children confidence for the important shift to school routines, early mornings, & behavior in groups. The center is run with discipline & instilled a great deal of self esteem into my boys. They allowed my boys the healthy expression they needed while still curbing the crazy energy that the little ones bring. No exaggeration. 5 stars.

We started our infant daughter at kindercare and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience! Everyday she comes home with a big smile on her face! The staff are amazing and always keep us updated on what she’s doing with pictures throughout the day! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and informative - they are always happy to answer any questions! I am amazed with the art projects they are able to get the babies to do! Drop off and pickup are a breeze and very organized!

We've had a fantastic experience with Heimer Kindercare so far. Our girls stay engaged with various learning activities, and their teachers keep us in the loop by sending us pictures on their app, completed art work and projects they worked on, and notes to express needs and milestones. Unlike previous daycare experiences, Heimer Kindercare doesn't have strict policies dictating when a child has to hit a milestone, which has been wonderful; instead, they've worked with us as one child goes through potty training and the other transitions on her own timeline from bottles to sippy cups. I fully recommend Heimer Kindercare!

My daughter has been at KinderCare since 2019. She started at the Toepperwein location, but then I transferred her to their Heimer location a few months later due to my job location. I cannot say enough good things about this center. They are always so friendly and adore my daughter, and she has excelled so rapidly in her learning. She was bumped up to Pre-K 2 months before her 4th birthday because she had mastered the Preschool skills so quickly. She loves her friends and teachers. They always communicate well and have been wonderful. Highly recommend!

Awesome daycare! My girls love it there! I love getting there pictures through out the day! I get to see my babies doing activities! Katy and Lisa are great! They have been doing amazing events for all the kids! Halloween drive through! Christmas drive through! My girls go running to the door ready to go to school! My two year olds teachers are great! And my daughters pre k teachers are amazing! They learn so much through out the day! Great team!

I was very impressed with the quality of care they provided for my kids. They are willing to work with the kids and any special needs and diet they might have. I loved the app and how they send pictures and videos of the kids during the day. The arts and crafts that the kids would bring home were amazing. I highly recommend this daycare! Katie the director goes above and beyond with the kids and family members.

Excellent daycare! They have taken extra precautions with Covid and still have fun drive through events for the kids at the holidays. So happy with the entire staff!

My son has attended this location since he was 2 years old: Now he’s in the pre k room with the schoolers! He’s learned and grown so much and loves all his teachers and friends!

The staff is kind and knowledgeable. We’re so thankful for the solace we get knowing our child is with such wonderful teachers!
