Friendly staff. Vehicle valuation is a bit higher than their competitors, which is fine. Just don't expect much wiggle room. Trade in allowances are insanely low. You'll want to bring in valuations from KBB, NADA (JD Power), Carfax, etc but still expect their maximum offer to be 10-15% below actual trade-in value. Decent selection of vehicles.
Marcos took great care of me. He is a great guy to work with. The finance team were awesome too.

My buying experience was great from start to finish. The whole staff was very kind and efficient with their work, especially my sales person Amir! He was knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions since I am new to Ford. Very happy with the whole process.
Tried calling twice to talk to parts dept. They picked up but then ended the call right away before talking
Devoe and Marcos helped provide a great experience. No one likes to spend all day at a dealership but they made it a smooth process. They even helped connect our phones to the truck and spent time to explain and show features we wouldn’t otherwise find on our own. Really pleased with the help that was provided.
