The owner and staff are helpful and kind. They let you try the samples before making purchases.

Very bad customer service. They provide service to send money & goods to VN so I came in to send money. The owner asked me how much I I have to send and she is not sure it is possible! WTH? ! You opened a business to do service & not sure if you can? I told her I want to send $5000 to my family in VN & she asked who name is it under in a loud tone! Well, of course it will be in my name because I am the sender! She is so rude & disrespectful so I left. Why stay open if you dont need customers & businesses? Horrible experience!

UPDATE 1/13/23

Thank you for your response to my review. The young lady who helped me opened the canister to take a sample for me to taste, and I looked to see the contents in the canister before tasting. I did not see any cashews. She gave me the prepackaged bag behind the canister, and I did not see any cashews on the clear front of the bag.

This is not my first time buying jerky to make green papaya salad. My family has a papaya tree in their backyard. We have a tradition to make green papaya salad when we get together. They brought freshly picked green papaya to Dallas on their visit for our traditional family dinner. To my surprise when I opened the jerky bag to put the final ingredient on the green papaya salad that it contained cashews. I only used half of the jerky because only half of my family are not allergic to the cashew.

It is the seller's burden to clearly identify the product they're selling, especially if it contains an ingredient that is an allergen. I specifically asked the young lady who assisted me that I was looking for beef jerky to make green papaya salad. She went to canister, opened it and gave me a sample to taste. She never mentioned there was cashew, and I never saw any cashew in the canister or the front of the bag until I opened it to serve.

It's not customary to serve green papaya salad with cashew, so why would I even think of it being included in what I've purchased when I haven't seen it or been informed by your employee?

A couple of days ago, I bought 1 lb. ($30/lb.) of beef jerky to make papaya salad for my family visiting from out of town. The young lady who helped me opened the canister to let me taste before purchasing, and it was exactly what I was looking for. When I opened the bag last night, there were cashew nuts mixed in with the jerky which I did not see in the canister. Several members of my family are allergic to cashews, so I only used half of the jerky/cashews to make half of the papaya salad.

I went today to exchange the other half for the jerky I paid for, and an elder woman helped me. She told me that I can't exchange something that has already been opened. You should feel awkward even asking. I said that I bought beef jerky, not beef jerky with cashews. If I had known there were cashews in the jerky, I would not have purchased it because some members of my family are allergic to cashews. She said you should have asked the person who helped you to take it from the canister because there isn't any cashews in the canister. Uh. How would I have known that? The bag that she gave me does not say it contains cashews nor can I see any in the clear front. It wasn't until I was about to serve papaya salad did I saw the cashews. I looked at the prepared bags in the store today, and I didn't see any cashews on the front either.

She said that I should have taken the cashews out and served my family. I told her the entire bag is contaminated, so some can't eat it. She begrudgingly did the exchange, but I don't know if this batch isn't contaminated.

The customer service is horrendous! Why would they even add cashews to the beef jerky in the prepared and sealed bag and not tell the customers while the canister is cashew free? Filler and profit? BUYERS BEWARE!

I will come back again and again Initially I wanted to send some goods to Vietnam and I also walked around the store, the staff there was extremely enthusiastic and friendly. She let me try various types of beef and chicken jerky before deciding to buy. The beef jerky there are really soft and delicious. They also used gloves and masks to ensure hygiene and safety during this epidemic time.

This is my favorite store to go grab a snack and they have very good beef jerky. Also, the staff was super nice and friendly, Even though sometimes they are super busy but they always make sure I get what I need. When they have a new jerky flavor arrived they always let me try it first to make sure I like it before I purchase

They do have service transfer money and shipping package to Vietnam as well

I would give 5 stars and 100%recommend to all my family and friends.
