Loved the esthetician. For my first time it was difficult but I got through it. I think the pain kinda prevented me from getting the best clean up. My hair is growing pretty quick in areas. Overall I love the cleanliness of everything.

Jasmine did a great job! I always got normal waxing done, but she convinced me to try sugar waxing for the first time & i absolutely loved the results! She also made me feel super comfortable & relaxed. The best feeling! My skin is so smooth! Thank you again, Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I found this place on tik tok. I have been wanting to get a Brazilian wax. It was my first time having it done and my experience was a 10/10. I felt very comfortable and attended. Tamia was my technician and she was very attentive, explained and communicated very well what she was doing, the benefits waxing and what the Brazilian enzyme treatment does to help your skin after having a Brazilian wax. I felt relaxed and comfortable, it did not take long. If you are planning to have your first Brazilian wax I highly recommend Tamia! She made the atmosphere very comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing! You will not regret it

I had a bad experience the first place I went to (not Hello Sugar) I was never going to get waxed again but I decided to give it it any other try. When I booked with Hello sugar my first gal was so sweet but unfortunately left and then I started with Tamia. She has been so kind and sweet also! I don’t ever feel uncomfortable or feel like they are rushing me out. I love the locations and always recommend them to friends.

Place was easy access, very clean and Kristal suggested I do sugar wax, the process was smooth sailing but I was in pain all Sunday and Monday.

I've been a member for a little over a year, and I enjoy my experience every time. I'm all about cleanliness and efficiency (what I mean by cleanliness is clearing the lady area out completely, no hair at all!).

Jasmine is my tech at the River Oaks location, and I love her! I started off with hard wax, but then was introduced to sugaring, and my "lady area" has never been the same!
