The worst place to get food from. I was ordering from Hello Fresh my kids and I got food poisoning and it was just wrote off! Never Again
This is a terrible place for drivers they don’t have a restroom here they will tell you to walk to seven eleven which is 1/2 mile
WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HELLO FRESH! What a HORRIBLE company! There is NO customer service in the United States no matter what and if you ask to speak to a supervisor, you always get the same B. S.answer - "no, no, we no have any supervisor. You leave number and they call back. " which I'm embarrassed to admit, I actually gave up and left my number - 11 TIMES in a month and still NO CALL BACK! BIG SURPRISE!
We’ve had over 150 boxes delivered. Now, HF is trying to cut extreme corners and costs, by putting their customers at risk by removing all insulation in the box, and putting your frozen chicken and meats just in a BROWN PAPER BAG! Can you believe that? ! Would you eat chicken that’s been shipped in a bag with just a gel pack? Unbelievable! When I called to complain, they lied and said it was an error and wouldn’t happen again …. But alas, the next box was the same. I refuse to put my family at risk so a large company can save a few coins per box! I do NOT recommend Hello Fresh if you love and value your family.
Please don't ever come to this place and they don't allow bathroom. Loading takes a lot of time
Hello fresh made a mistake and charged me for two boxes. One box went to Lawton, Oklahoma, and the other box went to Yuma They have refused to refund my money because they charged me for two boxes. I only received one in Oklahoma have no idea where the other one in Yuma went to.
All the comment about this place is true. I got here 2 hours before the Appointment and they told me they going to call me when they were door but is only two trucks unloading at the moment and the worst part come when I need to use the restroom they don’t allow me to use the restroom I was there for almost 5 hours I was begging to let me use the bathroom and they don’t let me used They sure have some courtesy for the truck driver who’s delivery to the their loads I add some pictures of this guy the one said is the supervisor
Terrible customer service, I paid $89.91 and never received my box. I was on the phone with customer service for 3hours and nothing was resolved. I recommend Factor or Blue Apron. To anyone thinking about getting a meal or food plan.
Hello Fresh sent me a letter saying that because I moved to Texas it was going to send me 18 free meals over 8 boxes. I did the transaction using the code as instructed and Hello Fresh charged me full price with zero discount or free meals. When I chatted with their customer service they told me I was not entitled to that promotion cuz it was for new customers only and they then tried to switch me to another discount that wasn't half as good as the 18 free meals. I canceled my accout and Im reporting the bait and switch as a deceptive trate practice to the FTC and the Texas AG's office, BBB, etc.what a scam!
Whoever they use to deliver their food is not properly trained. They left my 2 day old food delivery out at the entry gate in the sun at my apt complex. A maintenance guy brought it in to the office & it had to be thrown out. Totally unacceptable.
Its awesome place too work! Not sure about everything else. People seem to be really nice.
Check in at guard shack they will give you door number. Back in to dock door and take paperwork in between door 21-22.0900-12noon

Twice they did not deliver my order to my appropriate address. I called the customer service number and all they can do is give me a measly $10 credit on my next box. WHAT ABOUT THE BOX YOU NEVER DELIVERED? !
Hostile work environment, no training, uses dropped food, Santiago is unable to manage and has no respectful communication to floor workers. Other managers will bully/harass workers instead of correctly addressing situations following his very poor managerial lead. They do not respect contractual work hours of weekend crew making it not worth it financially to be employed here for them. Cannot recommend. They’d whip you like slaves if they could. Employees terrified to work report injuries.
They couldn't deliver a box on time without at least 1 meal containing rotten items if their lives depended on it
Great company. My delivery was for Monday 8: 00 pm and they took me a day earlier and unloaded me quickly. The young girl from the guard is very nice and kind. Greetings

Frauds!
You pay a crazy amount of money for deliveries that are free when you get the initial free card but turn into almost 100 bucks a week in groceries? And the delivery is almost always late and thrown on your porch or lawn? Just go to the grocery store people. The app is designed to keep you logged in but surprisingly fails every time you want support. These people are a COMPLETE SCAM AND DO NOT USE THEM, PERIOD!
