Honestly this place sucks the staff is extremely Incompetent. And although it's a walk in they will turn people away. They never fill my medication my doctor Prescribes me.

I have been seen here for over a year, and the staff is great. But my health has still gone downhill, and I have had to apply for disability and state benefits. But I have found out that this adult and geriatric practice will not fill out anything for ssi or state benefits. But do take Medicare and Medicaid for payment. I am very disappointed in this practice. Especially since I had mentioned several times during visits that I would be applying for benefits.

I recently became a patient at this clinic. The staff is wonderful! However there is a serious issue with the phone system that needs to be resolved immediately. It has been going on for at least 3 weeks. No matter what time you call you will be forwarded to the after hours answering service. I have not been able to get thru to the office. Unfortunately I am only able to get thru if I drive over there.

What a breath of fresh air! My experience with NP K. Edwards has been excellent. Her professionalism and kindness are evident the moment you meet her. She isn’t in a hurry and she listens. There is an air of genuine concern and care that she exudes. She doesn’t talk at you, she engages with you. Best customer service I have ever seen in a clinic. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. When you need referrals it gets done quickly. Kelly Edward's is the best, she listens and doesn't make you feel rushed. I highly recommend them. She has helped me with many issues getting through "The system". They just take the stress out of health care.
